Sometimes you will find a small café or restaurant that is off the beaten path and full of locals. This is how we happened across Café Leffe. After several miserable meals in Brussels, we sat down and enjoyed a great one. We had several Leffes (€4.10/each) (of course) and waterzoi de volaille (€16.80), as well as Stoemp du Jour (€15.50).... More

Try the Veal Kidney, the Duck Breast, or the Sausage. This food is wonderful. This was our best food experience in Belgium during our 5 days there. The service however was terrible. The waitress ignored us and left us stranded, without the check and it was a real challenge to try to get another beer. I am guessing they have... More

This place is definitely not smart and the tables are horrendously sticky but that apart this was quite a good place to eat . Food was good ,service pleasant if a bit slow , prices not too bad . Lively without being too noisy

Staff is unfriendly not interested. We told the waiter that we felt very unwelcome as none of the staff d did not smile hardly spoke or engaged with their customers. He asked us what the problem was. Enough said. Avoid this place if you want have friendly service

No one needs places like this!!! even I'm quite positive person I can't find even one good thing about this place...Staff is seriously careless about you, we tried to find out about some dishes, but we didn't get any decent description. Different waitress mentioned different things on the plate. To get their attention it's not easy too. ... food is... More

Great location and beautiful building if you want to visit the Sablon area. Hence a great opportunity for a drink or snack. Unfortunately, the compliments stop there. An overrated and overpriced menu in combination with staff who couldn't care less about their clients, make this a café to avoid. While the blonde hostess clearly looked down upon her guests as... They take advantage of their good location to attract tourists and, indeed, location is the only good thing you get. Service is really really disappointing; the place is dirty and, coming to food, the only decent thing were French fries (we ordered T-bone steaks and a burger. A look at the burger was sufficient to decide not to touch it).... More

Go there only if you want to feel like a fool. They say they accept ticket restaurant and THEY DON'T. You order a fish and you will be served another. The problem is that anything you order will be crap. It is really expensive and worst quality. It's a pity because I live right next to this place. I should... More

Given the location of this place on the fashionable Sablon square area, we were kicking ourselves that we picked this place to stop for some refreshment. They pack everyone in like sardines in the outside seating and we were placed next to a kitchen vent spewing out hot air on a scorching hot day, which was insufferable. The waiter made... More
