Nice atmosphere, great food

We had dinner there with our 3 children. Staff was friendly and willing to suit our needs - half dish for kids, etc. Good beer, good food (agneau en papillotte, carbonnade à la Chimay, mashed potatoes+sausage). A must try.

Found this on TA in a central part of Brussels. Was bustling on a Monday night with tables inside and out. Theres quite a variety on the menu and I went for a lamb stew with feta cheese and my girlfriend went for a sausages and mash. Lamb was tender and the sausages, tastiest I've tried. Food may not be... More

This restaurant deserves all the good words written in here. It is located at a small side street in the old city of Brussels. Its few outside tables give a bistro feeling. There is a big variety of traditional Belgian dishes and as far as the quality of food is concerned, everything is great, from the taste up to the... More

Very casual place with great food for a good price. A very wide range of menu items with some classic Belgian dishes. We are a family of six and they accommodated us quickly. The service was excellent and with a smile. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The meal I had at Fin de Siecle was so amazingly delicious- I had the chicons farcis sauce a la biere which in English translates to leeks stuffed with chicken and vegetables, served on mashed potato a gravy-like sauce and broccoli. The meal size was very generous and oh-so-delicious, I cannot recommend it any more!

The food is simply marvelous, the atmosphere cousy (maybe a bi too crowded) but i loved the fact they wanna stay like the past (no table booking, no POS, no sign at the entrance), it's a good experience!

At the beginning of a long weekend spent exploring Belgium, friends and I went to dinner here. Overall, it was a great experience and wonderfully authentic way to begin our trip! We arrived around 8pm for dinner on a Wednesday night. The place was packed!--we ended up waiting for about 30 minutes for a table. We made our way to... More

It's a light and old fashioned place, more like a beerkeller than a restaurant. It was a busy night over Easter weekend, and we went expecting to queue, which we did for about 25 minutes, in which time we enjoyed one of their fine beers. Staff were obviously working flat out, but they were friendly and welcoming. Once sat down... More

Nice atmosphere gives a Belgian flavor. Menu is always on the wall and includes a lot of options. Traditional carbonnades were great, nice selection of beers as well. Prices are good and location is close to Bourse which is convenient. Worth a visit.

6 of us went in for dinner and were seated right away, which was a surprise because the place was packed. Everything was perfect. The waitress was very helpful as the menu was in French. We were seated in the back of the cafe so I took a picture of the menu that was posted above the bar and passed... More
