Outstanding food and I had finally the chance to taste something typical that was not either beer or chocolate. Belgians do not live on fries alone! Unfortunately I can't rate Fin de Siecle with more than 3 stars. The service was just awful and guess what... you cannot pay by cards. Couldn't stand that. Couldn't stand that in a city... More

We went there at 6pm, no queue. Had the beef stew (cabonnades) and sausages & mash (stoemp saucisses de champagne). Their mashed potatoes are to die for. Portions are huge. Good service. By far, the best meal we had in Brussels.

This place is quite interesting, they have no bookings and is cash only. Food menu is on a board on the wall, but the waitress was happy to explain each of the 15ish dishes at the table. Traditional Belgian/European dishes. Good sized portions and excellently cooked. I had the rabbit whilst others had lamb, ham and ribs. Our whole party enjoyed the meal... More

We arrived on the understanding that bookings are not taken. Lucky for us we arrived and were seated immediately. However, within half an hour there was a queue in the street of approx 16 people. Food was excellent as was service. Faultless and perfect score for everything.

Food is really good and this restaurant is ranked well only because of it. Interior is not mindblowing but it has character. service is ...omg...just terrible. Working staff in the restaurants in Brussels are known to be rude. But the service in this restaurant is even worse than the average one in Brussels. And I thought that is imposible. Go... More

This is a very off beat restaurant but the food is lovely. It's all simple stuff but very well made and very tasty. The whole place is very relaxed and the staff are so laid back they're almost horizontal. It gets busy so I recommend getting there early. My only complaint is based on the money they must be making... More

We ate delicious rabbit cooked in beer and not less tasty beef stew. Also we tried several varieties of local beer. Value is good, the menu is written on a board. Service is good either. Highly recommended!

In a beautiful area of Brussels this restaurant delivers a wonderful experience...the food is typical Belgium fare and the atmosphere will enchant you. The service is perfectly in line for a pleasant evening.

What a nice little restaurant! My boyfriend and I went to a romantic date there, and it was so much more than what we expected! The food was so delicious! Even though I'm a vegetarian and he's a vegan, there were great options for us. The price is also good! I would definitely go there again!

This is an unassuming place frequented by locals - a little bit away from the "touristic" area of restaurants closer to the Grand Platz - and well worth the 5 minute walk. The menu is relatively small but the food- simple, authentic Belgian cuisine - is excellent. The seating is almost communal as there are rows of tables side by... More
