Absolutely delicious - but we walked right past it initially!

There is no big sign here, just a small window decal with the name on it. It's a busy, bustling restaurant for which you might have to wait 40 minutes for a table. But it is worth it. The menu is on the wall - I just took a photo with my phone and brought that back to the table... read more

A very trendy and funky experience was had at this place. Lots of odd bod tables and chairs and a funky hipster attitude was very apparent here. The service was Also in this vein, so didn't expect an incredibly warm reception. We would fit the demographic of this place so wasn't really as impressed as I perhaps should have been.... More

The food and beer was fantastic! I highly suggest the beef stew and the stoemp! As a tourist this was my first time trying and I was delightfully surprised. The whole experience reminds me of a really busy bar type atmosphere. Three things that may turn off an American tourist expecting certain type of service. There is no actual menu... More

Stopped there for dinner. We tried the Sausages with Mash, Coronatos Beef Stew with Mash all very good. Another member of our party had shrimps and the message is true don't get shrimp in a restaurant that is not a seafood restaurant not very good. Disappointed there was no Mayes Draught Beer as shown on the menu. Our server Patricia... More

This is the place where to taste Belgian food. Unfortunately there is no booking and being so popular it's not easy to find a table, but queuing is worth. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, food is very tasty and portions are big and, being Belgian food, not that light...

We couldn't have picked a better place for dinner - the place was hopping, the atmosphere was lively, and the food was flawless. We had a pretty easy time translating the chalkboard menu, although when we had a few questions not all the waitstaff spoke English (or maybe we just didn't hear everything because the place was, as I said,... The staff here is extremely friendly and laid back. As soon as they realized we spoke English they offered to translate the menu for us. The menu is located on a chalk board and is in French. They explained what each item was to us. We went twice during our stay in Belgium and had the beef stew, the sausage... More

The high ratings brought us here to taste the typical Belgian food... We have to admit we were a bit disappointed as the dishes were rather low on spices and the whole atmosphere was driven by speed to serve us and the next customer...this and the loudness remembered us at the Hofbräuhaus . The staff was very friendly but it... More

I had a very tasty dinner at this place. I ordered a sausage with smashed potatoes with a local Beer and for dessert I had a wonderful chocolate mousse. The prices are good but I must advice that they don't have visa what for tourists may be quite disappointing! Besides this everything was very good. Friendly stuff and simple decoration... More
