I really enjoyed my steak with "Gratin Dauphinois"!! My girlfriend had the mussels and was quite satisfied.

Great staff, great and simple food. Scallops my favourites. And reasonable prices 50 m from grand Place. One of those places I visit with pleasure every year when I am in Brussels.

I have been going to Brussels for years and this place is my favorite for mussels. It's just off the Grand Palace Square. The restaurant is rather large for Brussels but quite simple. The only reason I go here is to get my favorite - a bucket of mussels with fries and a serving of tasty bread for 21 euros.... More

It looked like rain so we got a table inside in the back by a window. I had carbonades of beef cooked in dark beer and my wife had salmon. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice

I love mussels in any shape or form, and this place did not disappoint. It had about 10 different ways that they could be prepared and other great sea food options. The menue is also written in English and that is great for visitors or tourists. The service was also very friendly and helpful. Overall, a nice experience and I... More

My husband and I ate in this restaurant a few times before and enjoyed the mussels, but on this occasion when we ordered the mussels again, they were cold so when we told the waiter he took them away and brought another batch however mine was a bit warmer than the last lot, but my husbands was not hot at... No gimmick. Just good food and service. Decent prices for the city centre. Had mussels (1.5kg) frites and a basket of bread and one beer for 20 euro (special of the night). Hubby and I split the food as there was more than enough and I ordered a glass of mine for myself so he could have the beer. Lovely... More

I ordered the Carbanades which arrived alone on the plate apart from a tiny portion of salad. It looked and tasted like a tin of Marks and Spencer's chunky steak and cost 16 euros. Poor value

I ate espadon aux poireaux. Swordfish with a wonderfull sauce mmmm yummy. This was the first time that ı tasted this fish and it was perfect. The plAce is very near to the grande palace. The food were very tasty. A quite place where you can comfortably chat with your friends while having dinner. The staff speak only french.
