Wonderful meal

We ate a delicious lunch of lobster risotto and mixed seafood for our last meal in Europe. The neighborhood is fascinating and a great place to people watch. Lovely waitstaff -- but why oh why does it take forever to get the check and pay in Europe??!!

We had reservations for two at 8 pm on Sunday, 26 April. We had fun with our waitress, Betty, who tolerated our many questions concerning the menu that was written mostly in French. We ordered two Mesclun salads, Belgium beef stew with mashed potatoes and a tenderloin steak with peppercorn sauce and fries. The stew consisted of many large chunks... More

The worst restaurant experience in Brussels. We booked a table, we have been asked to wait at the bar, they gave tables to people that did not reserve the table. I asked why, and the people working there answered bitterly that everybody can make mistakes. After more than 30 minutes, I asked when the table would have been ready, and... More

Very friendly staff, we was served by the owner, a really nice guy with a lot of experience in horeca, a 68 years old men that looks 50. The beef tartar was AMAZING, among the beef teriaki and the sirloin steak. The dish name is three kind of beef and for 21 euro i can say that is the most... More

We found the greatest atmosphere in the neighbourhood, savoury dishes and a great host, thanks to Emile and David. It's the place to be when you are close to St. Katherine.

A friend that lives in Brussels recommended this restaurant and he was right! We had a lovely meal, fantastic value for money. We tried the Carbonnades with beer sauce and the Chicken vol-au-vent, both of them fantastic. The portions are great, but make sure to save some room for dessert - the White chocolate mousse is a must.

Delicious Food, so helpful staff. We enjoyed a late lunch to keep us going through the whole day, it did not disappoint. We ate local with our mains Beef Bouginion and Beef meatballs both prepared in local beer, with 2 different sauces, lots of fresh bread and frites. Washed down with some house wine. Argentina and extremely good. We shared... More

We visited this restaurant while in Brussels and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The staff (maybe proprietors?) were delightful. We started with a entree of 4 samples. I had a lovely beef Teriyaki and we shared a wonderful Rioja with our

I went there after recommendation of my friend who lives in Brussels. I ordered a steak and was coming back for it during the whole 9 months I have spent on a project in Brussels. Also the fries with homemade mayonnaise are the best one I had in Brussels. Definitely worth going, the restuarant is close to tourist attractions but... More

We came here with friends on a recommendation as we were looking for a Belgian restaurant but not one of these touristic ones. And we loved it! Great place: super mix between classic and trendy. We had the Belgian mix starter to share. The waiter explained the variety very well and was super friendly. The house wine was very nice... More
