Been there twice, amazing moules frites with a lot of choice. We appreciated both the service and the cuisine, and very good value for money. Unfortunately, the last time we went there I got intoxicated. Don't know if it was the moules or the mayo or the dessert or whatever, but I felt something was wrong immediately after I finished... Mussels are good and the fries as well. The service needs a bit more attention. Overall a good dinner but not to the level I was expecting

My wife and I went on a Saturday night and had an awesome meal. We both ordered mussels and a liter of house red wine. Both mussel orders were excellent. The service was very attentive. We had a wonderful meal and time. We will return another time.

Yep, this place does a pretty good moules frites. They don't do much else (though I did have a beer stew to mix things up a bit, and that was decent). It wasn't cheap and it wasn't the best I've had, but the service was friendly and the menu was pretty impressive (see my photo of PART OF the moules... More

Second time we've eaten here--service is attentive even when the restaurant fills up (every night). Reservations a must; off the beaten track but well worth the effort. Moules fixed every possible way; lots more on the menu too; bio rating from Agriculture Dept. Tourist restaurants can't compare to these fresh and tasty moules direct from Netherlands.

Great food and beer. Nice and cozy decor, and good service. The mussels were just divine! I had #20 which included white wine, a light creamy sauce, and some tomatoes. Most of the customers were locals who seemed to know the place. Take the #25 to Place de la Patrie -- It's well worth the trip.

We had lunch on a Sunday and my friend and I both choose the mussels a la Zinneke and much enjoyed our choice. I sampled a very nice local Belgian beer (Unfortunately, I forgot the name). The restaurant has two seating areas, one of which is much lighter than the other so we choose the lighter one. We were fortunate... More
