Excellent traditional food in Brussels! Very small cosy place. No reservations, need to wait out of restaurant at street as there is very little place inside the restaurant and waitress little rude to tell you that there is no space, queue outside and have to wait long.

Stopped in for dinner based on the TA reviews .. this place is minutes away from the square though is not a tourist trap like many of the places close by. Small little place, I think there were around 12 tables if I remember correctly. Small menu but many nice options. I started with the meatballs (very nice) and then... More

They have the best french fries I've ever eaten. Go there for the best taste of Belgian food. Top it up with some great Belgian beer and you have yourself a fine dinner. Highly recommended.

We paid cca 30€ for good portion of great food. It was delicious, service was good and guick, the atmosphere was nice - small tables on the sidewalk of the street, and local people ate there as well, so in my experience it is always an indicator of a great restaurant!

Five minutes walk from Grand Place and about as different from tourist restos there as you can get. The bar/resto is small - max 40 covers, say - and (I don't think) they take reservations. Their waiting area - you can have a beer while you wait - is 2 tables/8 chairs on the pavement outside. Even when empty, I... More

The nice window frame attracted me at first. Nice decor but mixed with different styles, could be better. The waiter was very friendly to locals and to tourists as well. There are so many choices of Belgian specialty beers which you cannot find easily in a supermarket. Very reasonable price for drinks and food. Food was very simple but decent.... More
