A Beer Lovers First Stop

Great selection of boutique beers, mostly local and Belgium. You will not find the mass produced brews here. Cheese/Meat plate was tasty

Moeder Lambic in Saint Gilles is one of the greatest secrets hidden in Brussels. A very welcoming bar just behind the Saint Gilles Town Hall, it serves as a corner bar with probable one of the best beer menus in the world. The staff are so knowledgable that you wonder how they have had time to sample everything. If you... More

The beer list here is wonderful. They have so many great lambics and also other Belgian beers. The wait staff was typically bored, distant, and difficult to obtain service after the first beer.

If you enjoy beer then Moeder Lambic is a must stop in Brussels. They have a huge variety of beers on tap and a very knowledgeable staff that can help you explore the Belgium beers on tap. Made a couple of trips here while in Brussels and would certainly return.

The place was a little crowded and the staff behind the bar didn't seem to have time to help me with a selection. I didn't find the draft menu on the counter to be particularly interesting, so I asked for the bottle menu and was told it was not available because it was being edited. I was also disappointed that... More

At the time we went they were in the process of changing how their bottle list worked, that said they had a board and you could obviously ask. The draft menu was very good and had quite a bit of that special lambic you are probably looking for. We opened a Cantillon Fou Foune and tried some others on cask.... More

Excellent choice of beers with helpful staff. Much calmer atmoshere within to sample than some of the more crowded and rowdy Brussels bars

As the title says, Moeder Lambic is the best pub I've ever tried in Brussels. Located near beautiful Saint Gilles city hall, Moeder Lambic is a must for all beer lovers. Beers to choose from are many and prices are honest. I prefer to go there instead of more touristic ones because you can meet locals, taste some beers that... More

The staff were really nice and there was a massive selection of beer. The place had a great atmosphere and a trendy, not so touristy crowd.

Here you can taste so many different types of beer including those beer using the most traditional way of production with yeast, small breweries that still follow the tradition of more than 200 years. Unique blending of beer from different breweries. The Belgian cheese and sausages are also good. The only problem is the avant grade music!
