What a great bar to visit in Brussels. It is not an old traditional bar but rather a more modern one with an excellent list of beers, both on tap as well as bottles, and some good snacks to enjoy. The service was exceptional. Everyone was helpful and friendly and very eager to talk about the beers and make suggestions.... More

The nice thing about Cafe Moeder Lambic is not only the variety of beers but also the staff who knows a lot about the beers. You will get exactly what you like to drink, I ll try out more and more. Often full, but nice open visitors

great range of local beers, stuck to most of the sours, which they have a wide range of. Kinda hipster-y vibe, lots of beards, hoodies, reggae music and free wi-fi. Pretty good service, loved the beer selection!

very friendly and helpful staff who advised us on what beer to drink. Very interesting taste from the small bowl of malt grains to nibble on

This is an awesome place to come learn about all Belgiian beer. This is a clean, cozy and serious place where beer is revered. The bartenders spoke english well and were great at educating and explaining anything you needed to know about beer - which one was like that one, which one is more bitter, more sweet, more dark, light,... This place offers a vast choice of beers but no printed list. Instead, the information on what is available is chalked on blackboards all around the room. Given that the place was crowded and poorly lit, finding out just what was available was well nigh impossible. This is just daft. The inability to study a proper menu/price list closely does... Good food at all but if you step in for the first time you'll be surprised by space, forniture, architetture. Everything has been perfect and people are very charmy and available for every request . We' ll be back as soon soon as possible.

I visit Brussels often and I try visit a couple of new bars on each of my trips. Its a pity I did not find this bar on one of my earlier trips. Its a little more than a short walk from the Grand Palace, but nothing too much. The few extra blocks of walking is worth it. While I did... More
