Excellent.

Me and my boyfriend decided to have lunch at around 14pm (the restaurants usually close at 15pm) and we found a great special offer there: steak + fries + salad for 9.90 €. We asked a starter, drank beer, the steak was awesome and the total price was 35€. Charming with great food, I recommend.

Yes that's it! Fair... and yes the Kwak beer glasses are amazing! The service is good and a nice ambience in the centre of Brussels.

We visited this restaurant by chance last year & it was our first choice on a recent return visit to Brussels. Four of us chose different meals & we were all very pleased with what we had. It is not fancy food but if you like well cooked tasty plates of food then you will be well pleased, especially with... More

We were sat downstairs by the bar which was cosy but meant we didn't get to explore upstairs until we had to use the toilets- at which stage you got a better feel for the quirkiness of the venue. Staff were very polite and food was served quickly and were large portions (ideal if you're very hungry after wandering around... More

We stumbled across this place looking for dinner around GrandPlace. The food is from a set menu of pubs around Brussels. The quality is reasonably good, the service is good, the staff speaks a little english so that is useful. Decent beer selection too. Overall we did not regret stopping here.

Raphael's (aka Brussels Grill downtown) is one of those quirky places that invites exploration. Cosy tables inhabit odd nooks and crannies - and there are a lot of nooks and crannies here, beginning on the main floor and going up the ramps (not stairs) to the 4th (5th?) floor washrooms. Service was very good, we had the lunch special -steak... More

I went to Raphael with my partner for an evening meal, we chose this restaurant as it looked traditional from the outside. Upon walking in we were surprised that it kept its traditional look, it had excellent and interesting decor and candles lit everywhere. The food is on a parallel to the above. I had calamari for a starter which... More

What a cool little place, great food and very quirky. We had to wait a bit to be seated (after the lunchtime rush) but it was worth the wait.

this was a surprisingly good option right in the heart of the tourist centre. I was visiting Brussels on a day trip on a Sunday, and worried about only finding very touristy places open on a Sunday. I saw this place had good reviews and was willing to try. Most people were really into their meat, seems what this restaurant... More

Just off the Grand Place, you can fine this small and cozy place. Food is simple - no fluffy and pretentious stuff - just nice dishes (steaks, chicken, seafood, salads). Service is fast and helpful. I had a seafood plate and it was nice. Prices are ok, considering that you're in the city center.
