Nice cosy restuarant, with lots of patrons in the middle of the week. Menu in French only so a bit difficult to understand. Had a steak layered with vegetables and parmesan cheese. Presentation good, good flavours, however the food was cold and this distracted from what could have been a wonderful meal.

The name of the restaurant makes one think of lots of green leafy vegetables. But actually this little charming restaurant in the Louise quarter serves a variety if fresh dishes. Most salads are a combination vegetables and various sources of protein (chicken, meat, eggs, fish). Carpaccio is served in a meat as fish variety as is "tartare". There is also... More

Service was very good, splitting a salad on two plates for us without us requesting this. Food tasted good, flavours were well balanced, although a bit greasy. Free mini soup and limoncello, nice bread. There are a lot of restaurants in the area and the staff are clearly making a strong effort to distinguish themselves by service.

We tried to get into another nearby restaurant but were unlucky so decided to try Les Salads. I think they may have had a rather varied past but who ever is in charge now is good. The front of house was run by a young lad who was very helpful - the first 3 things we asked for were not... More

I got food poisoning! The staff was very friendly & welcoming, nice ambiance. The food was so-so. The bread & olives they put on the table first are yum! But of the 4 rolls, we ate two & i saw the girl put the remaining two rolls into the bread basket they were serving everyone from. I ordered the Le... More

Enjoyed a lovely lunch at Salades de Gaspard. Fresh greens and delightful flavor combinations. The ambience was quaint and cozy, intimate yet elegant. The menu boasts a wide variety of choices, and does encompass more than salads. The salads themselves range from mostly greens to all sorts of combinations of meats and cheeses. And they are very big. I regret... More

i passed several times in front of that place without entering... tonight, the place was full, but we still managed to get a seat. the friendly young owner still took his time with us to make sure we'd get what we really like.we didn't have to wait long, especially since there were several orders before ours and the chef (the... I heard great reviews about the restaurant, but unfortunately i didn't get the same feeling. We went there in October 2012 (a couple of weeks/months after that "Gaspard" was gone), there was in total 4 tables, we had to wait 45min to 1h to get our salads and dishes, while the waiter was talking to obviously some friends or family... That is when we had gone with 4 kids in the rain. Can't tell you what the food is like as didn't get a chance to try it. Can tell you that no other place to eat around there during that time. Had to come all the way back to the Grand Place to find a place that was open... More
