It's not just the salads - everything chez Gaspard is excellent. The service is competent and friendly (neither is a given in the Chatelain area of Brussels) and the food outstanding. Book ahead, it always seems full with a mix of regulars and newcomers.

Excellent start to finish. Lovely, local atmosphere. Friendly staff (owners) and fantastic value for Brussels. The steak was cooked perfectly. The duck was good (not great). We shared a salad as a starter and the played it separately and it was amazing. David the owner was wonderful.
