This place was terrific and it was just by chance that I stumbled upon it. I was out for a stroll and feeling a bit hungry when I spotted this café. There were a number of café tables for leaning and you could also eat at the counter where you ordered. I had no idea what I was ordering, but... More

We were looking for a nice cafe to eat but could not find one and we happen to pass by this place and thank goodness we did. The fish is fresh and the waiters were very helpful. Best fish ever! and best discovery of our trip to Europe.

We came across Noordzee by accident while strolling around St Catherine’s. Located on the corner of the square in front of the church, this place has the most amazing seafood . We had grilled salmon and prawns with a glass of wine. The food was absolutely fresh and very tasty. This is a fast food place with some tables to... More

A place where you'll get fresh seafoods and friendly staffs. We had the fried calamari, tuna steak, shrimp croquettes and espadon. The fried calamari rings were so awesome!!! And just for first timers do take note that they are closed on sundays and mondays.

A must try. Good value for money. Surprisingly good quality food. Seafood is very fresh. Razor clams, tuna steak and fish soup are the best on the menu. Good quality white wine that costs only EUR 2.50! REMEMBER TO GO EARLY FOR RAZOR CLAMS, THEY SOLD OUT FAST!

If you find yourself in Brussels you have to come here! It's within walking distance from the Grand Place, and the food here is top notch. If you look lost, one of the workers helps explain the menu to you before you order. The food is so fresh and simply delicious. Definitely try the fried kiebbling when you go! Afterwards... More

Head out here early to get the best of fish! We had some couteaux (long clams), solette, and espadon. The quality of the fish is so good that it tastes fantastic even with very light grilling and a dash of herbs and olive oil. This is almost like street food, with tables, countertops and umbrellas set up where one can... More

We went to this place for lunch and we loved it. There's always a line of people waiting to order the seafood but the staff were efficient and friendly. We didn't really look at the menu - just looked what's in display in the cooler and then ordered straight away. Each of the dishes were quite small in portion (4-5... More

On our last day in Brussels we had an amazing lunch at this original place.. As it was raining and the place quite busy we were invited by the manager to eat inside next to the counter and all we ate was just Excellent!! They serve a very nice white wine which matches perfectly with the seafood. What an amazing... More

I first came to Noordzee in March of 2013. Now, I won't come to Brussels without having lunch here. I do suggest arriving early, as they tend to run out of the long clams early. I missed out on the clams getting there by 1pm on Sunday (they open at 11). The last two clams had been served. The food... More
