Nice Brasserie close to the St. Joseph's Church and the Wellington Museum -

With some German friends visiting Waterloo, I went to this nice Brasserie/restaurant again. Food was good, white house wine was nice and very affordable. Service was good especially considering the number of people in the restaurant. Worth the visit!

Found this by chance after visiting the museum. Everything about it was how it ought to be. The service was efficient even though it was quite crowded, the food was excellent, the very chilled house white wine was perfect. Even the ladies' loo was swish and stylish! With well polished bar, brass rail, beautiful wall paintings, the restaurant has a... More

Good food and well prepared with friendly service; still serving wine by the centimetre in good bistro style.

The Jambonneau a la dijonnaise is from another planet! And don't leave before trying the fondant au chocolat! A pleasure for the mouth

Standard belgian cuisine but nothing exceptional. The bill was quite hefty for the quality of the food but that tends to be the case in several places in Waterloo. All in all I would not recommend it though i can't say it was bad

When Things go wrong in a restaurant customers are normally happy to accept them if there is an apology or a friendly greeting from the service. Today we waited 1hour and 15 min for our first course, without any apology. It is a pity as the food here was very good. When we finally finished our main course, we were... More

We found this great little Brasserie on a side street off the main road whilst visiting the Wellington museum in Waterloo. With a vast amount to choose from the menu, we opted for steak et frites and a goat's cheese salad. Both were excellent. The service was quick and very friendly. We would definitely return. Good shopping in this little... More
