Genuine Kyoto style restaurant. The Kyoto born and raised chef is married to a Belgian lady who will inform you on the dishes served. Exceptionally friendly and sympathetic people. A regularly changing menu. The favourite restaurant of our Japanese friend. Need I say more?

This restaurants serves different Japanese food than usually in a Japanese restaurant. The focus is on healthy and this means surprises in the menu. Everything tasty.

We have taken our saturday dinner here. This restaurant offers only one menu to which you can add options, depending on how hungry you are. The chef works with very fresh, biological ingredients, which results in delicate and authentic flavours, although the further we got into the menu, the more western elements were added. Service was very good, we got... More

when I got introduced to this restaurant some years ago, they were located in the middle of Antwerp city. Since 5 years back or so, they moved to this address with some changes to their menu. For lunch you have only 2 options : bento menu with fish (this incl. rice, 2 small side dish of vegetables,a bowl of salad... More

I have travelled several times to Japan and hence I have a good reference as it concerns the quality to expect. This restaurant meets all standards! The fact that only one menu is available guarantees moreover the freshness of the ingredients. The service was very good. Take into account that for dinner you easily spend 3 hours, which allows you... More

I've enjoyed numerous lunches and dinners in this little restaurant. Lunch is a bento box with lot's of fresh vegetables and a choice between fish and meat. Dinner is a menu that changes every week and follows the seasons, you have the option to add courses depending on how hungry you are. If you don't like certain ingredients the chef... More

We had a wonderful evening at Les saveurs the Yamada and we are certain that we'll eat here many times more. We took the intermediate menu which included a small appetizer, an entree, a noodle soup, a tempura dish, a main dish and a desert. Vegans and vegetarians, you can rest assured here: you will have a wonderful meal. Omnivores:... More

This is my go to Japanese restaurant in Antwerp. The lunch box @ 15 euro is great value for money. The husband-wife team run this restaurant perfectly. All the ingredients are first class and the taste is truly authentic. Dinner is exceptional though it might take a while when the restaurant is full of diners.

Nice atmosphere in good walking distance from Antwerp City Centre. They only offer a degustation menu, which was absolutely okay for us. You only have to choose the number of courses you like. All is freshly cooked and prepared. We liked the excellent tofu (you rarely find this quality in Europe) and the super fresh sashimi best. The fish and... More
