The place is absolutely awesome and has full of charm. The food menu is large, and the quality of the makis is very good. I saw other people having the menu and it looked very nice. very trendy place, in a great location.

Roji, which describes its kitchen as French-Japanese cuisine, is a bit of a hidden gem when it comes to sushi foodies with money to burn. The restaurant can be found in the old city center on a pedestrian-only street. Its entrance, which isn't easy to spot, is down a staircase (no wheelchair access that I know of). The restaurant is... Not easy to find but once you're inside you will love it. The restaurant is in a basement. You can sit down in a chair with your aperitif in front of a fireplace. After that the waiter will take you to your table. I have a mixed experience with the sushi. First time I went the sushi was fresh Second... More

Third time we went to this restaurant, first time in the weekend. I would recommend to go on weekdays, the restaurant was super crowded and there was a lot of noise, sometimes very difficult to understand the person on the other side of the table. Food was as always fantastic, but I have the impression that the portions are bigger... More

I was in two minds about whether to review this restaurant on tripadvisor because I don't want too many people to find out how great it is! Went for dinner midweek with a colleague, started with a drink by the fire, the atmosphere is lovely, staff attentive, and wine delicious! Then we moved to our table, again such beautiful surroundings... More

Roji is located in an old authentic cellar in the old town of Antwerp. Very nice setting. A bit dark though. The waitress knows her job and explains everything thoroughly. We took sushi and sashimi, but all kinds of Japanese food is available. The tables are a bit too close to one another and since it is a cellar, the... More

Found this place after recommendation by a colleague from work and basically regret not knowing it for a longer time yet. Very nice atmosphere for gin tonic lovers and sushi lovers, however they also have other meals for those who don't like sushi.
