Worth the price of admission. Great, relaxing lunch service, food was highest of quality; had the lobster/leek dish and seared lamb medallions. Service staff are efficient, yet not in the way. Treat yourself and go.

Very old restaraunt on a hidden street. Old Europe. You have to ring the bell and be let in. We had a fixed menu set up for our group. The staff was very helpful in explaining the different courses. Food was excellent! If you are ever in Antwerp you will need to experience Sir Anthony.

I returned to this restaurant after an absence of at least 20 years and found it apparently unchanged - one of very few of the old 'grand' restaurants to have survived. The beautiful old building and courteous reception were as I remembered, but this was not quite the outstanding experience I had hoped for. We were given a tiny table... More

Ridicolously overpriced. Very rushed and unattentive service. Rude owner. Pretentious food. Never again sorry...

Start with the location on a hidden street - you have to ring to be let in - the rooms meander around in a pleasant way and the atmosphere calming. Service is formal and professional. We had the 4 course prix fix - everything was delicious - and my wife was allowed to substitute beef for lamb as she cannot... More

Hmm. Some of it was lovely - gorgeous building, smooth service (apart from being kept waiting for 5 mins whilst front of house took a long phone call, AFTER we had arrived) and the best house wines I've had in ages. However, given the price of the food, some of it was not good enough. The main course was a... More

Nicely located in town. Has the character of an upscale restaurant. Great food and reasonably priced wine selection. The dinning experience could only be better if there was more attention to timing. We had a group of four people, got our table at 8 and it was not until 9 that the appetizers were served. It was a nice and... More

Had dinner at Sir Anthony van Dijck in group. Very interesting interiour right in the city center of Antwerp. The food is very good but the presentation is a bit classic style. Service is OK and the waiters are very helpful. The dishes are base on classic style of cooking but the necessary care is giving to the presentation. Fresh... More

Worth to see the place, in a very special small street, with excellent food, for a reasonable price.
