The cuisine at restaurant Didong has a refreshing and contemporary character and includes a creative, personal and innovative perspective on the authentic, spicy Indonesian cuisine. Instead of overcooked vegetables on table warmers, crispy vegetables are served directly on side dishes. The suppliers and the origins of the produce are selected with care. For example, the roast Babi Pangang originates from free-range Livar pigs from Limburg. In addition to the rice tables and individual dishes, Didong also has speciality dishes on the menu. They change regularly and reflect the contemporary view of the traditional Indonesian cuisine. Takeaway dishes are also available.
