One of the best restaurants of Rotterdam, hidden in the Wereldmuseum. Great chef, excellent service and very affordable.

We went here with some colllegues. The staff is not that friendly. It started with out reservation. At the last moment one additional guest attended. As we came the staff was not very willing to have the extra guest. During the dinner we almost had to beg for drinks. We had the wine arangement, however a bottle on the table... More

The restaurant is located on the 1st floor of a museum in one of the most beautiful and caractaristic parts of Rotterdam. The staff is young, well experienced and very polite. We were a party of 4 and had the 5 course dinnermenue. One of us doesn't eat seafood so the menue was adapted to his likings. It was really... More

The museum is not listed on the English version of the Rotterdam Tourism website Rotterdam.info. Luckily, we found it and the amazing Gold of the Gods exhibition by accident. The English version of the museum website also gives just very basic details of the restaurant, not that it has a Michelin star and that the chef, Wim Severein, is well... More

We have chosen this restaurant on the basis of the menu information we found on their website. We were attracted by the choice of ingredients and the modern twist in the combinations thereof. We certainly did not regret it. There is a nice atmosphere, and we were warmly welcomed. The restaurant has an open kitchen, but in no way does... More

Had lunch here with friends and i must say i was expecting more. We had a surprise 3 course menu and i found some of the taste combinations not going very well together but, that is a personal thing as some of the other guests in my party found it terrific. Staff is very friendly and the food quality is... More

We went with a group for dinner. The waiting area already gave a soothing and reassuring feeling. Staffs are very friendly, especially the 'gastvrouw' who introduced the menu to us. Unlike staffs in other Michelin-star restaurants, she's somewhat casual and added fun to the experience. We had 5-course menu with wine arrangement. One friend took non-fish alternative menu and she... More

Very fortunate to be taken here for a business dinner. What a great place, and not what you expect when you walk through the entrance of a museum to turn left into a bar. Great friendly and professional staff who deliver a great service. We went for the set 4 course menu that really hit the spot as it grew... More

What a great location for this restaurant. Beautiful building right on the river. Visited the Gold of the Gods exhibition while we were there and it was just fantastic. However we had a set menu dinner in the restaurant. The starter was seared tuna which was totally delicious and just perfectly cooked, main course was beef. Now I'm not a... More

Well I was invited for a business lunch at the wereldmuseum in Rotterdam. Well I know this restaurant for a while now but never have been there before. As a child I visited the museum but this was decades ago. It’s one of the most scenic neighborhoods in Rotterdam everything reminds you of the history of the brokers offices and... More
