Finally a Chinese restaurant with real flavours. Not the greatest seating or lighting but in this case it really doesn't matter. Just go for the food.

I like their new renovation. Especially totally new and professional open kitchen, new wooden furniture, tables and chairs and all the paintings on the wall. The food is wonderful . Homemade and very tasty. There are so many choices from salad, soup to warm dishes. Handmade dumplings are very delicious. Everything is fresh. Price is reasonable and good value. It... More

Nice little downtown place - basically a hole in the wall, but be surprised: Fabulous food (authentic Beijing cuisine), friendly staff, and a really excellent selection, including tasty options for vegans. Great for eating in and taking out, and very moderately priced. A winner.

Went here with a friend. We had the steamed fish dumplings, the chicken with cucumber and peanuts, the soft tofu and the eggplant with rice. Portions are generous and everything tasted good. They serve some things most Asian places in the Netherlands don't (like the dumplings this way). Staff is also friendly. The place is usually very busy, so go... More

Spicy, salty, sweet, u name it It's not as good as when it firstly opened, but the taste is still better than lots of Chinese Restaurants. Try it out! it's different from the Cantonese food that you find everywhere..

Like this place very much cuz of its family style, genuine northern Chinese food In a very cozy setting. Saw the web threads mentioning it's Chinees indische, actually it's very local Beijing taste, which is hard to find in the west with more Cantonese restaraunts. If you wanna try what ppl in the northern china eat, it's a good place.

Indeed, it is not a flashy restaurant but the food is honest, well prepared at a reasonable price. One has to write down its own choices and the waitress gave enough explication so that we didn't order too much. We had enough with one portion of rice for the two of us. Each ordered a saté for starter followed by... More

This restraunt was near our hotel do we went there based on the trip advisor reviews. It is a fairly small venue. On finding a table ourselves the staff dropped a pen and pad on the table without explananation. We eventually with the help of the nice Dutch couple next to us worked out the menu and wrote our order... More

Very tasty dumplings, with different fillings: a must! It's a "eethuis", so don't expect design decor, waiters serving 5 different wines or any other fancy drinks to go with the food or give you any extended service like restaurants. Just go for the food: Chinese food which hasn't been 'spoiled' by western influences. You do have to take your own... More

This is a great place. Small, no reservations possible, so come early. They have only one Chef and an open kitchen, the food is totally different than the other Chinese restaurants in Rotterdam. Everybody we take here loves it.
