"all you can eat" 27 € for dinner, excluding drinks. large variety of sushi and some chinese dishes: you order from a tablet-menu (cute and funny method) and each table can choose 15 pieces in each round, endless rounds!!! but you must finish the previous one! efficient staff, very fast service. perhaps there was too much rice, some pieces were... You get what you pay for , but expect a drinks bill also and not the freshest or most eloquently served sushi - pretty boring and over filling - I really don't think they deserve their title as if they really were Shabu Shabu ,they should acknowledge and honor that fine Japanese cuisine

and have tried most of the other 'all you can eat' asian/sushi restaurants in the area and feel that shabu is far and away the best. i walked out of luxor. and the new place by leiden centraal(not aroma. haven't been there yet. don't know if i will. i don't trust places that don't allow me to see a menu... We were taken to this restaurant by our friends who live in The Hague. We really liked the idea of being able to choose 5 items per course and even though we could have chosen this 4 times none of us could manage more than 2 times ( and we aren't tiny eaters !!!! ) Things we enjoyed were the... Shabu Shabu is ok for an emergency sushi fix. But if I wasn't desperate to have sushi every time I've been there I don't think I would have enjoyed it very much. The rice is not the best and it is overpriced for the quality you are offered. They have an all you can eat option and I think that's... More

This place is really special. We went there several times, and I don't think that we have ever eaten anything that wasn't absolutely delicious! And also I have to notice the speed of the service - let me just say that in NL it is not common at all to get such a great food so quickly. Well, that's also... More

It is not easy to rate a restaurant of the category "as much as you can eat" since some people hate it,but, on the scale of the other possibilities Sumo and Kyoto Cafee e.g. in The Hague and Amsterdam, I still prefer this one. I have been to this place in Leiden over thirty times and although there has been... More

I lived in Japan for a couple if years and maybe I'm too spoiled, but this was one of the tasteless sushi I ever had. Restaurant decoration is a kind of ok and the staff was friendly and helpful. However I won't go back.

The sushi was very good we try all the variants and all of them were very tasty, also the sashimi was good. For the rest of the menu we try the noodles, the skews, the tempura and the dumplings and they were not bad but not at the same level of the sushi, I had better at the Asian Palace... More

Great meal, great selection, great service. Crowd of colleagues from work went on Tuesday night all hungry guys and we could not find fault with anything.
