Located on the nicest square in Delft, this serves up typical brasserie fare that is both good and not too expensive. The wine is also fairly decent. But the best aspect of this place is the outdoor seating on the square. If the weather's right, this is the place to be.

Wandered in here when not being able to find a different place that had been recommended to me. The attraction was that it had signs touting its large selection of Belgian beers. I fancy myself a connisuer of such beverages and was not impressed with the server's knowledge (I wasn't quizzing her, just asking her basic questions like if they... More

I went there for dinner. I was very happy with the beer selection but the food was quite disappointing: bland and not much related to Belgium, very small dish selection, no mussel! But friendly service even if you have to fight for the staff attention.

My wife and I sat down at this restaurant and really enjoyed ourselves. It was pouring rain, so there was nobody around - we sat outside and listened to the rain. We both ordered the tomato soup and toast. Service was good - No complaints here.

Four of us had a light snack and some beers one evening: the service was super-friendly, the range of beers was awesome and the food was very good. Interior is looking a little jaded, but otherwise everything was fine. The Belvedere is on the edge of the lively Beestenmarkt right in the heart of old Delft.

This was a suggestion from the Tourist Information Center (not far away). The Gouda cheese soup was a special delight. I enjoyed the spicy chicken sandwich (broodje). All of my group of 7 people enjoyed the lunch at this cafe. There is outdoor sitting, but we ate inside, because it was a little chilly outdoors.

Basically a nice restaurant. The dishes were ok, however not spectecular and the service started slow, when catching up it was good. Expect an informal setting and you will be happy.

Great & busy always, very close to the main square with good value for money. Nice selection of beers to suit all tastes.

Stopped in here for lunch while wandering around Delft. Nice and warm inside. Service was a bit slow. We ordered some soup and grilled sandwiches. Soup was pretty good. Very good bread with it. Grilled sandwiches took forever and my husband got the one with everything, even though he asked for just the cheese and meat. But they tasted fine.... More
