Had high tea. Food taste was ok. Presentation if you order only for 1 person is just on plates- nothing special. Chicken satay ok. Servers were pleasant but SLOW. English menus and English-speaking staff. Their chocolates are amazing - dine-in food is just ok. Court yard at back is nice.

We splurged on the high tea and had a delightful combination of sweet and savory options. Pair this with a window seat, and you'll have a tasty and memorable experience.

For the second time in a row, brunch was at Leonidas for us! We just love their generous serving (with refillable tea) and being right next to the chocolate shop. Our visit last Sunday was a good one since Delft was enjoying a warm day at 16C. The garden was open and you can opt to sit there. If you... More

Open seven days a week, Leonidas provides not only excellent food, but a relaxed and friendly environment that makes it a perfect place to dine at any hour of the day. Four of us had a most enjoyable mid-day break that included unexpected delights including scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam, warm chocolate laced with rum, chocolate brownies and... More

Although Leonidas is best known as a lunch and tearoom, being a branch of the Belgian factory, one may have savory fare here as well. To this end, the Delft site invented the term "high-wine" - the name is self-explicatory. We were here with a large group, and got some 10 small dishes serving as starter, entree and dessert, accompanied... More

Good teas and coffees, reasonable snacks, excellent chocolade, but not a real restaurant, more a place to gossip with friends

Real cooking in a relaxed atmosphere. Friendly service, delicious croquettes and soup, all made be the chef on site. No comparison possible with pre-packaged food from supermarket. Newspapers available, you can sit all day and relax.

The personnel made a messy impression, with four or five people involved in our visit (being shorter than one hour). The food was ok.

We went there for late lunch. Both of us took a meal consisting of bread with several dutch spreads and some accessories. The spreads wasn't bad but you could buy better at any Albert Heijn (food store) and we only to one little bread to all the spreads (strange way to reduce costs). The staff seemed quite confused.

Just got back from a great High tea. You can get unlimited tea and can stay for as long as you like. The cakes where very good and the savory food was excellent. The only problem was that we where unlucky with service. We got there just after 2:00pm. There was an empty table that had not been cleared. We... More

Saturday november 23 was really a terrible day. Everybody was waiting for Sinterklaas to arrive. After he had passed at arounf 13.00 hrs everybody got inside and the lunchroom was packed. Two o'clock was the time things started to become normal again, so that was just the time you arrived and and "enjoyed' the aftermath of the Sinterklaasintocht in our... More
