they changed the name to Brasss Haarlem de Brasserie. The website has been changed as well. http://brassshaarlem.nl/ We went there for dinner on our first night to Haarlem. We ordered the 3 courses menu for 35 euro with choices of entree and main course. The free olives and nuts were great. The bread was also very good. All the dishes... More

Now known under a different name: ‘Brasserie de zon’. We got a very warm welcome when we entered, shame it took them so long to come back with a menu and our drinks order, it didn’t look like it was that busy… Very nice and knowledgeable sommelier, shame the wines he picked didn’t really match our food. Great wines though!... More

We had the four course set menu for about fifty Euros, this was great value for money. Apart from the four courses there was a very nice amuse at the beginning. The fitting wine arrangement with the set menu was outstandingly good. Bread was ample and vey good as well. Nice touch was the unlimited supply of table water in... More

I ate from the set menu. Superb amuse bouche came smoking to the table. The crab/smoked halibut starter was superb. The main of beef and celeriac was excellent. Unfortunately, I was unable to taste the star anise in the sauce. My partner ate the ham platter which was to die for. This was followed by the salsify risotto with Parmesan... More

My husband and I stayed in Lambermon suites, so the choice for the restaurant was clear! We had a three-course menu and had oysters to start with. We chose the Dutch ones, and they were magnificent! Other dishes were also beautifully presented and tasted great! I wouldn't be surprised if they got a Michelin star sometime soon!

Having seen other reviews we headed to Lambermon's after visiting the Rafael exhibition just around the corner. What a great combination! The restaurant interior was modern, spacious and comfortable. We were seated near the open kitchen adding to the atmosphere and experience. The range of choices was outstanding..wines by the glass or full bottles, meat (aged, dried hams), cheese, fish... More

The lunch menu priced at 30 euro for two courses offers good value, à la carte eating will cost you between 50 and 70 euros. The wine menu offers a wide variety of interesting choices. The dishes are creative and well prepared. My first impression was that there was too much going on on the plate, but the food pairings... More

I had a 4 course menu and it was interesting, delicious and arranged really creatively on the plates (especially the first dish with fish and yellow and purple colours). You really get a Gourmet experience for the prices and it is worth it. The service is very good and the Restaurant is really tastefull decorated in a beautiful old building.... More

We visited in a trip advisor recommendation and would like to thank all who had previously recommended this. Great atmosphere, good choice of food and fantastic wine selection. You have a choice of 3 or 5 course menu, that changes regularly ( as well as the standard menu), and we chose to order a glass per course as recommended by... More

The food is absolutely fantastic, the Spanish Pata Negra ham we had for appetizer was so tasty and tender, some of the best I have ever had. For mains we had different peices of the Spanish wild boar, and that was very good too. Our waiter recommended us very good wines by the glas with each course. I always enjoy... More
