Great food....huge portions

Set on the outer edge of Chinatown this restaurant is of a basic style. Very large menu. The portion sizes are huge and each dish is probably best shared.....or simply order your favourite one only. We went early evening and the place was very busy. The service was ok and helpful. If you need the... read more

If i could rate this as zero i would!!! When we arrived and asked for a table for two the guy who looked to be in charge abruptly told us to sit down. I ordered crispy noodle with chicken in a sauce, my husband ordered a meal with pork, beef and chicken. When the meal arrived it was thrown down... More

We were after a quick inexpensive Chinese meal so settled on noodle soup for 3 of us and Chicken/Duck with rice for 1 of our party. Restaurant is basic but the soup was excellent. I had the Char Sui (roast pork) which was tasty meat with all the usual soup ingredients. A large serving and was all I needed to... More

A busy and touristy place that appears to be authentic. Unfortunatly the food quality is low. We had one of the "standards" which is beijing duck. No flavour, no crispy skin, very bony. We ordered the sauce on the side, fortunatly. Sauce is thick, brown and has an indefinte taste .... normally their pour a full load straight over the... More

This plce is not famous for its looks, The food is outstanding! From the outside you see just another chinese place with ducks hanhgin' in the window. Don't let this fool you because the food is cheap an tastes really good. All the food is made by hand themselves and they just do it at the table next to you.... More

The setting is very basic, the service is average at best but the food is fantastic! The oysters were great. The char siu was excellent as was the peking duck. It gets really busy so make sure you make a reservation.

It's not the trendiest not the prettiest restaurant, but it's a good place to eat. You won't find tourists there, you will find neighbours who now each other, regular customers... and that says everything about a restaurant. The food will not disappoint you for sure. If the restaurant is full you can be invited to share a table with other... More

The food is really excellent and although it can be busy in the weekend the service is quick and very friendly. I have been here several times and have never been dissapointed.

Reaaly good food. Massive portions of freshly cooked food. Full of oriental customers and run by Chinese staff. Really brilliant. We had the Szechuan pork ramen noodle soup and the Singapore noodles with prawns. Both amazing, huge and tasty. The noodles were really fiery, just perfect.
