Dropped in on Saturday the 1th of November. It was Museumnacht in Amsterdam, my boyfriend and I wanted to eat something fast (but good) before we went to Nemo at the Central Station. We had to wait for 10 minutes, because we didn't have a reservation. It was around 19:00 and the restaurant was packed. We got a table in... More

This used to be a great place, however our last time was quite a disappointment. People were waiting while many table were free. The service rather poor. The food just avearge, lost its previous authenticity. On their way to become just another average chinese restaurant like many more in the area.

People are very friendly but the food was seriously underwelmjng. Had duck with pancakes for starters where the pancakes were dry, duck was sliced too fat for Peking duck. Main was teppan beef which was even worse. There was no taste of anything, it was very oily and gooey. The beef was as if covered in batter and then cooked.... More

One of the best Chinese restaurants in Amsterdam. Would definitely recommend their world famous steamed oysters, Peking duck with pancakes and stir fried Lobster. This is however not a restaurant for a romantic dinner, but for those who are looking for authentic Chinese food the place to be.

At 10.00 p.m. , we walked into Nam Kee for a late meal in lively Amsterdam. We ordered the Classics menu which was great, especially the oysters! The soup with shrimp dumplings was also delicious. Highly recommended!

典型的香港老板,餐厅服务人员对国人很无理和粗鲁,可是对外国人却满脸堆笑。If you want to experience the worst crap and rudest service, welcome to This place! Absolutely Aweful!!

I went there on my own on a sunny weekday, just to have a plain noodle soup and peking duck. I ordered this with a soda water. The portion was huge ! and very good. The restaurant is a very busy place for people to eat and for take away. It is a very basic restaurant but very good and... More

I come to Amsterdam once a month and try a new restaurant with every visit. I've overlooked this one, the outside looks a bit dodgy but inside offers fresh good food. The kitchen is in the front in plain site which gives a good impression of what's prepared. The portions are quite healthy and fresh. This one I would definitely... More
