We ate here on Sunday 7th dec on recommendation of a friend. We ordered our food and drinks and were quickly served. We had just started eating when the waitress backed into our table spilling my drink all over me, our food and the floor! She turned around and said, oh did I knock something! I accept this was a... The service here is really poor. It took a while to be seated, and it takes a long time for them to serve drinks and food even if there not many people in the restaurant. The waiters give more attention to their colleagues than to the customers. Food is ok.

Went there late November. Great venue but poor service & average food. Also they charge for tap water (2Eur per jug), which is a bit unnecessary.

Very interesting place. Good for stoping by after walking in street market, for grabbing some food and enjoy in real "Bazar" atmosphere.

Amsterdam truly is the capital city of bad eating habits. The only way you can try to eat something decent is betting on ethnic food: this place is quite good. I tried the Royal Persian Lam (yes, the menu forgot the B), stewed lamb with chickpeas and almonds. The two guys with me ate coscous and kebab and they were... More

This restaurant is in a vast old church on Albert Cuyp Markt. The decor is fabulous, with one wall entirely covered in tiles. The food is mainly turkish and middle eastern, and reasonably priced. Maybe not the very best I've ever had, but not bad at all. Service was friendly and pretty efficient given the size of the place. It... More

The food was excellent, even the first order came back as a bumerang since they had ran out of 4 different dishes but did not matter that much because what we got was great! The restaurant itself is a big hall so it is very noisy, not recommend if looking for a quiet dinner experience!

his place was recommended by the staff at Cocomama hostel. nice flavor, very very big portion. we ordered soup, chicken wing, lamb dish. Chicken wing was quite ordinary, good but not special. The other dishes were all really nice with very unique flavor. another plus point is that this place opens quite late, so even if you arrive Amsterdam late,... More
