Fantastic

Maoz are great - pick a falafel and stuff as much veg in as you can handle - the fries are great too. Perfect for vegans and vegetarians.

Pick your own fresh toppings, full of flavour! Nice sauces as well. Loved the spicy mayonnaise on the fries!

I like their falafel. It tastes really good and there is quite à lot of variety of the toppings. The only problem is that it is always so crowded and there is no enough space for every one. If it's ok for you to eat your food standing and touching other customers, never miss it.

4,95 EUR for a very tasty falafel with wonderfully fresh ingredients. Perfect place for a snack after a long day touring the city. Excellent value for money.

Not the best I've ever had, but it perfectly hit the spot after a full day of walking through the city.

I'm a big fan of Maoz in the States, so when we needed a quick bite on a rainy night, we were pleased to see this branch was within walking distance of our hotel. The falafel didn't disappoint, though the place was too crowded for us to fully enjoy ourselves.

Don't let maoz being a chain fool you, upon recommendation we grabbed a falafel pitta and it's the best I've ever had! Make sure to stay in the shop while you eat to take full advantage of the unlimited salad bar and sauces!

Will definitely fill you up. Great toppings and perfectly cooked falafel. Ate one, went for a beer and smoke. Ate another an hour later.

The food is fabulous, for veggies and vegans. My only issue with the facility is that it could be quite a long process because of the toasting of the pitas! But it is well worth the wait, I found it is the best place to eat (being vegan) as a normal falafel pitta with 5 falafels and unlimited toppings was... More

My favorite place to eat falafel, especially downtown Amsterdam, by the Munt. Great pita bread, can have aubergine, feta or hummus added for additional fee. Great saladbar, you can keep going back to load up again as you eat. Avoid typical mealtimes because there wont be enough room to enjoy and reload salad

Staying in Centrum

Neighborhood Profile
Centrum
Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.
