I asked for an american breakfast style with eggs and bacon, unfortunately, I couldn't finish it, it was very oily and the bacon not very well cooked; the service was not very friendly, just cold. It was very disappointing, the restaurant has a very beautiful view to a canal and it is situated in a privilege area, in front of... More

Having just arrived and checked into the hotel I just wanted somewhere close by for dinner. This place looked fine and as I was almost dragged into the place by a member I didn't have time for any pre-conceptions or expectations. I just wanted a fairly quick meal with a beer. I have to say that's exactly what I got.... More

Being close to our hotel we thought that Mexican would be a nice meal after a busy day setting up at the exhibition centre. unfortunately the empty seats should of been our clue to the calibre of establishment. After being allowed to choose our seat by the couldn't be bothered waiter we quickly ordered a simple nachos, tapas and enchiladas.... More

Stumbled upon this restaurant a late Saturday evening (about 9.30 pm), and there were almost no other customers inside. The waiters seemed to have no control none the less, since two of them came separately to take orders for drinks and food. There was a step up inside the restaurant, which we of course stumbled on, even though we were... More

Like so many others we were fooled into eating at Guadalupe as it's one of the first restaurants you'll encounter coming from the station. The nachos were o.k. but expensive compared to the portions but the spareribs were almost un-eatable. No wonder the waiter laughed when we ordered them. The only positive note was the cats strolling around in the... More

We ate here last week - my wife ordered the chicken enchiladas and I had the beef nachos. It was average at best. I've made better Mexican food at home myself. Also I can't really understand how anywhere can charge 7 euros for a diet coke. The bill came to about 55 euros for a shared starter, two mains and... More

Desperate for dinner we walked into here as it was on the main strip. When we sat down I decided to look it up on trip advisor and was horrified to see the scathing reviews. Sadly by this point our group of 6 were already committed to the experience. I actually felt sorry for the English waitress given she was... More

We ate nachos and quesadillas that probably came from the microwave. Not really good nachos (open a DORITOS bag and add some guacamole) and the quesadillas were 2 pieces of bread from the supermarket with a little bit of cheese. There was a really really rude waitress. The space for the terrace is that small that the waiters can't serve... More

We had a lovely table over looking the river on a nice sunny morning. The breakfasts are an ok but not cheap price by Amsterdam standards and so we expected it to be good. We were very disappointed. Sausages were tinned frankfurters, mushrooms were tinned, there was one small thin slice of bacon, eggs were over cooked, beans were dry... More
