Really good, top-notch food. Very limited menu of steak and/or lobster, but this isn't a criticism. w went for the option of both, plus a bottle of wine, plus dessert. Total was €120, which is relatively expensive but the restaurant is clearly aimed at the upper-end of the scale and serves quality food to justify it. Definitely worth a visit.

My boyfriend gave me the great surprise to have our first dinner in Amsterdam in this fancy restaurant. Everything was special, from the environment to the food and service. We both had an amazing surf and turf accompanied with the best french fries I have ever had and really nice sauces. Nice wine as well. Perfect for a romantic dinner.

Today I was here for dinner with 2 italian friends (me dutch) the food was great! We had the surf and turf. We all know italians are critical regarding food, but they loved it. The waitress was very kind and took all the time to explain them their formula. Thanks for a great dinner Red team

One would expect that the restaurant which serves only two dishes should be perfectionist in preparing and serving them - unfortunately they are not. Both the lobster and the steak were of an average quality and on top of it my steak was cooked on too low hit, so instead of medium I got it medium-rare... A restaurant like this... More

We had a fabulous dinner here. The menu is really simple they start with bread with oil and salt and you can follow this with one of three things; steak, lobster or lobster and steak which all come with fries and salad. We had the lobster and steak and a beautifully smooth bottle of red wine. It isn't the most... More

Ive been living in Amsterdam for 10 years now and this is definitely one of the few excellent restaurants I have visited. Small and always full, so book in advance. Everything, from the mains and wine to the desserts, is just great! Appropriate for special occasions. Gezellig!

Price-quality of our main-course at a high level, indeed. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly waiters. Crowded and too many tables, affect your feeling of privacy... Our only critic on this nicely located restaurant.

We were fortunate enough to squeeze in here on a busy Friday night, but a reservation is highly recommended! We had the NICEST meal here our whole trip - SENSATIONAL steak and fantastic lobster. Limited menu, so be sure you double check it is what you want before going. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

While Amsterdam is not famous for its culinary scene, this place surely has lifted the overall score of the city. Basically you can only choose either steak or lobster, or both. I would say the steak is slightly better than the lobster. The side dish - fries are exceptionally wonderful. That said, the overall food are not like the "best"... More
