This was our last night (out of five) in which we dined in Amsterdam and we chose our hotel's restaurant, a wise choice as we needed to pack that evening for an early departure. I will say that as a hotel guest it is a little disappointing to find that the fine dining option is that same venue that one... More

Stopped here for lunch, originally planning to have the (much cheaper) lunch menu, but in the end had a 3 course meal. The two course lobster dishes were excellent, and highly recommended. We each had a fish course after this, which was perfectly good, but was nothing amazing. The somellier recommended we try the Beta Delta 2011, which went very... More

If anything the food is even better than a few months ago. The portions are on the small side which works nicely to allow you to try several dishes. The service continues to be excellent as is the wine list. Yes, this is an expensive restaurant but well worth it if you want outstanding seafood prepared in an innovative manner.

Easily the best starter I have ever eaten. They adapted the langoustine dish to make it dairy free and it was out of this world.

What can be fresher than seafood in Amsterdam and what can be more delicious than a Chef's menu at Bridges. This award winning restaurant presents delicious dishes that will tease and amuse your taste buds. The chef is an artist and the food is his creation. The restaurant is in the gorgeous Sofiten Grand Amsterdam and is worth every penny... More

Exceptional service. Excellent food. A bit pricey - specially the champagne glasses, but absolutely well worth it/

Excellent dishes, wonderful wines, great service. One of the best dinners we ever had. I would install a dress code to add some exclusiveness to the overall experience.

Great food in the hart of Amsterdam. Lobster with food grad is a daring combination, but works well. Very friendly staff. But you want a hamburger after you walk out the door because the portions are very small.

We made a reservation for the restaurant, but when we got there and saw the courtyard we decided to eat outside and order from the Bistro menu. It is located right on the edge of the Red Light District. The staff were exceptional. They knew all the ingredients in each dish, how it was cooked, how it was presented and... More
