Small cozy place in pretty central area, great staff! Traditional Dutch dishes were very good and prices are very reasonable, also for the wine! Recommend this place very much!

I had the "Combination of hutspot, boerenkool- and zuurkoolstamppot" and enjoyed all of them...especially the kale (Boerenkoolstamppot) which I didn't expect to like.

This was recommended to us by our hotel. We did not have a reservation but came back after about 45 min and got a table (around 9:30 pm). The Bitterballen were delicious as were the cauliflower bake! I also tried the jenever - too strong for me, but was glad I got to try it!

If your looking for reasonably priced Dutch cuisine in a kitsch setting then a trip to the Pantry will be very rewarding. The first sight that greets you on entering the Pantry is a copy of Rembrandts classic painting the Night Watchmen, which itself is surrounded by a delightful selection of kitsch lampshades. The staff were very friendly and spoke... More

There are alot of restaurants in adam. There's in general alot to eat around here. The Service can speak almost all of the languages known to mankind, and the food is great. Also the prices are affordable. Bon appetit

This was suggested by our hotel near the American Hotel. It was great. All kinds of local specialities. And the service was as good as the food.

Perfect place to run away from the rush and hide from the crowded streets of Amsterdam. Cozy interior, good food and probably the best staff I've ever witnessed. Not much say, everything was perfect and even better than expected. Just for the record, the expectations were quite high. Definitely should be on your to do list!

If you want to try something a little bit different when you are in Amsterdam then visit here. The food was delicious try the pea soup, salted pork and ham on the bone, all were fantastic and gave a little idea of what Dutch food was. The staff were brilliant, spoke good English and had great sense of fun

After a long day and on our back to The Central Station we stopped for a bite. Had a double order of mussels and frites plus beer very good. We used the Trip Advisor recommendation and we were not disappointed. The staff was wonderful, if I had any suggestion I would advise you to sit in the window seat looking... More

This wonderful restaurant is located just off Leidesplein. We decided to try it as we wanted some traditional Dutch food and this seemed just the job. The staff are so friendly, speak excellent English and welcome you like long lost family. The decoration is kooky and cute-check out the lampshades. The food is absolutely top draw with my beef and... More
