I returned to this place due to positive experience in the past and they delivered again. The service was impeccable, the tsingtao chilled, the dim sum yum yum and the prawns just fingerlickin' good.

This restaurant has a Michelin star. For the Peking duck. We had it a couple of years ago and it was very worth the money then. Sadly an elderly gentleman who served the first course of this feast with a crisp flourish has departed the scene and so has the crispness of the duck in the pancakes! If it was... More

Peking Duck is one of my favorite dishs. I have had it many times in China,a nd in very top UK Chinese restaurants, but NEVER as over all good as here. Especially the presentaion of the left over duck after the traditional skin in pancakes. a fantastic duck soup, then a presentation on three types.. Sliced breast, a mnced preparation... More

We went to this restaurant after looking at previous reviews. The food is not too bad, but I would not say that this is a 5 stars, great place to eat. Overall the food was good, and portions on the small side. It is a bit pricey for what it is.

This is the only restaurant that I repeatedly visit after having lived in Amsterdam for two years. We have tried most things on the menu and have never been disappointed. It's also great value for money. The standout dish there is the peking duck, which even my "discerning" parents from Hong Kong are very complimentary of. Décor is not its... More

I would recommend this restaurant - a bit different from your average Chinese restaurant. Sichuan food is slightly more spicy but really tasty - we had a set menu for 30 euros each and really enjoyed it. The owner was helpful in discussing how spicy we wanted the food to be. My only problem was that I has salmon which... More

Recommanded by the staff at the nearby Ambassade Hotel, we found this quiet, clean establishment to be quite satisfying if you have a well padded wallet. The tasty hot and sour soup costs 7 Euros. In Toronto's Chinatown, we could have had a huge bowl for the same price. Nice red house wine was 35 Euros ans so on and... More

First let me say I am a Chef who is really easy going in restaurants, I don't ever make a fuss, really! I was so upset with what happened here at Sichuan Food because my hopes were flying high! First let me save you a lot of time and money and recommend you pass on this fancy over priced Chinese... More
