Description: The Teppan-chefs will prepare the most delicious fish, meat and vegetarian...
The Teppan-chefs will prepare the most delicious fish, meat and vegetarian dishes on a hot iron griddle at your table: a la minute cooking with Japanese precision. The contemporary Japanese interior, inspired by the elements of stone, wood, water and fire, is an oasis of tranquillity. The teppanyaki griddles are large enough for seven to ten guests and are ideal for both business and celebratory dinners. Sazanka is open for dinner from 18:30 to 22:00 daily. Lunch can be prepared for a minimum group size of 10 people and must be booked in advance.

Wonderful from beginning to end!

What a wonderful experience we had on our final evening in Amsterdam! The food, the service was incredible! our chef was amazing as we watched him prepare the delicious food for us and the others sitting at our table.

I know the title is a bit cheesy but really this place is fun and the food is excellent. I've been there twice now and will do my best to return every time I visit Amsterdam. Cant say that about too many restaurants so, yeah. Definitely go with the seasonal menu.

Had a fabulous late dinner here with some friends this week. Very lucky to get in as we hadn't made a reservation. The food was excellent. Served with such passion and finesse by the chef at our table. Delicious well seasoned food. Super experience. Nice and clean. Little bit pricey. Can recommend

Went to Sazanka with friends for a late dinner (9pm). The food and and service were both very good. In particular, we were impressed with the wine selection. Perhaps the only disappointment in an otherwise very good meal is that I feel that it lacked flair...With Teppanyaki, there is a genuine opportunity for the chef to connect with, and impress... Fresh food beautifully presented alongside excellent wines. Very knowledgeable sommelier, and excellent chefs worthy of their Michelin star.

My husband and I had one of the tasting menus and had one of the best meals we have ever had. Not only was it delicious and the service very good, it was cooked in front of us to order. It wasn't cheap (our menu was 80 Euros each) but it was definitely worth it.

My fiancé and I both visited lots of different places in different countries, and this restaurant just made it to our most favorite restaurant ever. Good and friendly service and the food is absolutely delicious. We both had the classic menu and it was perfect. If you dislike something on the menu or if you have any allergies you can... More
