I think it is very lazy to dine in your hotel restaurant, but it was Kings Day - the street were packed, we were tired, and the hotel said they could organise a table - so why not? I'm glad we did as it was fantastic. Great menu, super service. Not particularly cheap, but worth it - €146 for two... More

The Pulitzers is a 4 star hotel and quite expensive. Based on the price you would expect a top service but therefore the hotel cannot be recommended for people who appreciate an certain extra. The hotel offers an excellent cuisine and amazing chefs (we had breakfast, lunch, dinner and just some snacks). The concierge and the other staff don't seem... More

We came here after a long day here expecting to have only snacks before retiring, but we got a very nice surprise to know their kitchen closes later than most restaurants in the area (I think 10:30pm). Portions were generous. Not huge, but enough for most of big guys' appetite and quality good for a late dinner. Ambiance is nice... More

40th birthday meal for around 25 guests. With full 4 course birthday cake with good food. Nice settings.

We went here for lunch, by chance strolling along the beautiful Prinsengracht canal. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and view of the canal. The lunch menu was excellent, but the standout item was a goat's cheese, cranberry relish and radicchio on fig and walnut bread. The service was excellent.

Stayed here with my friends and some family on my first trip to Amsterdam and had a wonderful experience. Our room was beautiful and very much of what you think of when you think of the Netherlands; exposed wooden beams, old world charm meets new world amenities, etc. It's also just a short walk away from many attractions and restaurants... This is a cozy, comfortable bar that is a great place for a drink. The bartenders are welcoming. The atmosphere is clubby but not stuffy. The least expensive red wine on the list is the best, FYI!! This is a good place for late afternoon cocktail or after dinner drinks.

Excellent service. Undecided what to chose, the waiter suggested an off-menu combination which was sumptuous. Top marks as this was also a very busy evening, and the staff gave everyone all the time they needed. Thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable.

For a hotel restaurant, it is one of the better ones I've experienced. The food was delicious, the atmosphere warm and friendly, balancing formal dining with comfort. Probably not necessarily a restaurant I would have tried if we hadn't been staying at the Pulitzer itself but it was a pleasant surprise.
