This hotel has the best concierge service we have ever experience. Before our trip we contacted them for advice and they emailed back immediately with amazing suggestions. Upon arriving at the hotel no request was too much! The whole concierge team went out of their way to ensure we had the best trip ever. This hotel was recommended to me... More

Our room was on the canal and the view was great. The hotel retain a human touch and the service us very friendly. Decoration is simple and of good taste. They are renovating and our bathroom could have more comfortable. Some little things could help: a Nespresso machine in the room could have helped and is now expected in hotels... More

This was where we had our breakfast. The croissants here were amazing and the juices good. However, hot vegetarian options were limited. Same menu daily may get onto you if you are there for 3 -4 days. The quality of the ingredients was fresh and nice.

My husband had mentioned our anniversary when he booked and they provided strawberries and champagne and red roses. The staff are all very polite and helpful.

Impersonal wait staff, especially for breakfast. Not a smile or warmth anywhere. Food mediocre. The service was very poor.

A very nice hotel but a lot of renovation in progress. Service can be improved: checking in is quite slow, checking out requires a careful check on the bill. The concierge is quite efficient. Renovated rooms are nice; The problem is that the hotels not in its optimal shape: the breakfast room is quite depressing !

The service in the dining room was wonderful but the food was only satisfactory. Better options nearby.

Great location; faces both the Prinsengracht and Kaisergracht; just down the street from the Anne Frank house. Had a very nice 2nd floor room, with french doors and small balcony, facing the Keizergracht. It has its own, beautiful, tour boat. Good restaurant on premises.
