Great value evening meal

We were struggling to find somewhere on Easter Sunday that had either space or an affordable menu! Not a huge variety on the menu, but a good enough choice, great value, excellent friendly and helpful service. Nice outlook over the Spui, well worth a visit. Good food for a decent price

A great place to come and relax in the morning.Close to a group of booksellers , where one can get newspapers, and magazines in English, as well as local guides. You have the option of subtly lit interior seating, or a covered patio , to watch people, cyclists, and trams go by.Breakfasts here are excellent, and coffee worth lingering over, whilst... We had walked along the flower market, and decide cider to have some lunch and saw this cafe. The staff were very welcoming and we started with coffee and water, the my husband had a chicken Caesar salad which had lots of chicken, anchovies an egg and was accompanied by some lovely bread. I gad a ham roll which was... More

Apparently this cafe has been well regarded by the critics for years. Having passed it several times and in need of a late breakfast, we decided to give it a try; glad we did. The service was prompt, the cappuccino was well prepared and fairly priced, and the breakfast (mine, a wonderful muesli-type cereal with generous yogurt and fruit portion,... More

The shrimp broth soup was really good! Really live up to its price and the other foods here were awesome as well. Very good service and didn't take us long to be seated even though the shop is packed. Good place, spot on.

I came with friends. We had cappuccinos and another friend had espresso macchiato and they were all incredible. The apple cake is amazing. Great place for coffee lovers!

A grand café and if you are lucky you can sit in their conservatory and watch the world go by. Beer list is reasonable and I had an excellent fish dinner there last week. Would go again.

This has to be one of the nicest cafe's in an area not exactly shy of good cafe's or bar's. We were here early evening and the cafe was already quite busy, despite this we got a nice table looking out on to this very busy area. We ordered some beer's, my twin gad a HERTOG JAN BEER,while i opted for... More
