Tasty, friendly and good value

This was really good compared to the South Asian cuisine generally on offer in Amsterdam. The service was a bit slow, but it only mattered because we had cinema tickets, and they made up for it with friendliness! It's a nicer atmosphere than you might think from the photos. A good nearby option if... read more

This family run restaurant is a nice place to have dinner. It is much cheaper and yet way tastier food than any equivalent restaurants that we have been to in Amsterdam. It is a warm and cozy place where staffs treat their guests like a family. We were even more pleased to talk to the chef cook, who owns the... More

We were staying around the corner at Hotel Dehallen (see my upcoming review) and were looking for a resto that was close by. We had booked at another Indian before leaving Canada but as we rolled into our hotel saw the red sign. It was completley full and on that basis asked the hotel about it. They gave it the... More

I have been to this restaurant couple of time before and now I am regular customer of this good restaurant. I love food very much and the service is excellent with friendly environment and kind service which is the main reason I always want to visit this Nepalese / Indian restaurant . Reasonable price is the main reason to be... More

I along with my colleagues went last weekend to this restaurant for a dinner as a pre christmas gathering & dining. We were first very curious on the food and service we would receive in this small restaurant. But, our curiousity was turned to happiness by the quality time and the quality nepalese-indian food we received. I still remember how... More

we went to this restaurant, thanks to Tripadvisor : we were looking for a nice restaurant close to our hotel. The service is great : quick, smiling and efficient. We took the Everest menu and the Annapurna menu : it was very good but we should have taken only one to share ! because there is so much to eat... More

Positively the best Indian in Amsterdam run by the loveliest people. For years I've thought Kori Noor was the most authentic Indian food in Amsterdam until we found this little gem. The food is SUPERB. Fresh, aromatic, authentic and finally a restaurant in Holland that doesn't hold back on spice (there is a ranking for those folks that like more... More
