Our bread is made today exactly as it was in the beginning: with only organic stone-ground flour, salt, and water, kneaded and shaped by hand and baked in a hearth under the watchful eye of artisan bakers. We insist on the freshest and finest ingredients. If we can't find them, we make them ourselves. Our shelves are lined with the products we've created: the jams and chocolate spreads on the communal table, the granola in your parfait, the coffee that fills your bowl.

Enjoyed breakfast and sometimes lunch there too!

Great bread and salads. The service was friendly and quick. I enjoyed their choice of teas. The tables could be a little bigger because the serving pieces are quite large.

We visited twice as it was a couple of doors down from our hotel (Nh City centre amsterdam). We were pleasantly surprised by a very attractive place with lots of healthy options. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible weather in Amsterdam, favorite place closed - give a chain a chance and what a surprise - nice atmosphere, friendly and helpful service (very rare in Adam), good breakfast offering (yes with scrambled eggs, omelets.) fantastic granola (buy a bag, you will love it with fruit and honey) decent coffee (small cup is enough, large is like drinking soup)... Good salads (try the chicken/advocado salad), sanwiches, soups and quiches. Very informal, nice atmosphere. They also have a bakery shop.
