Well this restaurant is at the middle of Rembrandtplein and looks just like the next from the outside. That area is so crowded it is hard to tell which place will live up to your expectations. But this place certainly exceeded my ones! The meal had amazing flavors and textures: it was very different from anything you typically get in... More

Three tables on the terrace and still the waitress does not see me. Waited for more then 20 minutes for her to see me. Luckily the food was much better. Rembrandt square is less touristic than Leidse square so I would recommend to go to Rembrandt square.

We live only 5 minutes from the Rembrandtsquare. At the Van Rijn terrace you feel like being on holiday, tourist among tourists, while enjoying a great menu of high quality and lovely staff! Best of both worlds! Best diner&drinks option at the square by far!

Been there as part of a large 60+ business group. Welcoming was very professional and smiley with a glass of sparking wine and appetisers. The staff seem to manage the group very well. Service was quick and efficient. Dishes were well presented and tasty. My meet main dish was nicely cooked. Free Wi-Fi was available. I am sure I will... More

After a delightful day in town, we had dinner at Kitchen and Bar Van Rijn. We knew it had great ratings, but nothing could prepare us for the wonderful evening ahead of us. At the recommendation of friends, we ordered the Menu of the Chef. Oh my, oh my, oh my! The pictures do not do this amazing meal justice.... More
