We took the food home from miss Saigon and we were really happy with everything. The food was fresh light and packed a nice flavour. Will definatly go back.

I'm Vietnamese so I know what the dishes taste like. I tried a few dishes. The pho is bland. The spicy garlic chicken wings are unflavorful. The pork vermicelli is not actual pork but rather the processed pork patties and the nuoc mam is too sweet. The chicken eggrolls are pretty good.

Having tried Vietnamese cuisine elsewhere (e.g. Vietnam and Singapore), the four of us felt that the quality can be improved. The ingredients are fresh but the soup base for the pho was weak (and not tasty). We were surprised that they only had beef soup base, because most Vietnamese restaurants also offer chicken soup base for Buddhist diners.

Since its around the corner of our home we gave it a try. The ambiance is ok and modern but nothing too special. Service is friendly and as to be expected for the price rate of the menu. I was really looking forward to my main dish which was the pancake filled with pork and scrimps and vegetables. The dish... More

Having eaten in a lot of great Vietnamese restaurants in Western Canada where they are as plentiful as Tim Horton's Donut shops I wasn't expecting expecting a lot. The good news is that we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the meal. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors distinct. If you need a Vietnamese fix stop in.

Went in with my wife and baby boy. Ordered the sate beef which was excellent. Meat was tender and full of taste. All in all very positive exprience. I would recomend to go in if you are in the area.

Been to Miss Saigon 3 times over a time span of a year now and each time it has gone up in my book with great improvement. The first time I visited I tried the noodle soup which was kind of bland and boring, but that is my normal perception of this dish wherever I try it. The two following... More

Miss saigon has been around for around a year after replacing a chinese restaurant. Interior is the typical modern take on vietnamese eating as described in an earlier review. Dish selection isnt spectacular and the flavors arent to my taste. I have travelled extensively in asia/vietnam and thought the pho for exampe was bland and lacking in flavour. However they... More
