Lovely food with great prices. Meal deals were available. Most of the staff could speak English but one girl didn't understand us very well and the bill was incorrect. The food was well worth a visit.

This was where I went to dinner my first night in Amsterdam and had the best pizza I've ever had. I don't normally order pizza at an Italian restaurant but the menu choices sounded so amazing I had to try one. I will most definitely come back here when I come back to Amsterdam.

After wandering round for a little while, we were tempted in by the very funny Maître D of this charming Italian eatery. We each had the set menu of tomato soup (which was a generous portion), spaghetti and salmon, and bread with garlic butter... All for €10 each! With a couple of glasses of house red and a couple of... More

Good quality food and service. I had a pizza which was normally priced compared to all the other restaurants in the area, the pizza was so good and the overall atmosphere at the restaurant was nice.

Nothing not to like: food good; service fine. We did not have long and were served quickly. Another time a good place to linger and watch the world go by. You can get cheaper food very nearby, but honestly - is it worth it? Antonio's is as good as it gets in the area I guess.

Located on a corner in the Leidsplein area inundated with fellow tourists. Broad range of Italian choices. The bruschetta, lasagna Bolognese and chicken parmesan were excellent. Nice selection of wines; the Lambrusco was very good. Sat outside -- fortunate to get a table for 4. Especially nice not to have someone standing in the street trying to entice us to... More

Finding a table on a busy evening during peak summer at a restaurant in Leidseplein is not a joke! We got lucky at Antonios. A bit pricy but good Italian food - considering the owner is from Egypt.

Choosing a place to eat in Leidseplein is difficult considering there are so many different cuisines on offer and the amount of Reps trying to persuade you to eat at their restaurant. We chose to take a closer look at Antonio's based on the fact that they didn't have any Reps trying to persuade us to eat there, I feel... More

The food was fine. Nothing special. After receiving our bill, the waitress had completely disregarded the prices. We were forced to pay the bill at prices that were much higher than advertised. The management was absolutely unreasonable. A tourist trap for sure.
