Good food, affordable and very friendly service. Recommended for both lunch and dinners. The corn pancakes are delicious!

Small, intimate restaurant. Tapas is good, in quality and variation. Friendly staff (of which sone don't speak Dutch, which for a neighbourhood restaurant is somewhat strange. There are Dutvh living in Amsterdam who like to be addressed in Dutch). Reservation is recommended. One more downside is that every time the door opens a cold wind shivers through.

We just happened upon this little gem whilst out wandering. What a find! The food is absolutely delicious - some of the best tapas I have ever had and the service matched the food. There are a couple of tables outside that you can sit on and catch the sun which are wonderful.

This was a recommendation from our B&B owner who said if we like tapas this is the place to go - he was right. The service was prompt and friendly and we were given great advice by our waiter as to how many courses to have and what went with what. We had an early meal so the restaurant was... More

This delightful cafe (walking distance from the lovely Toren Hotel) had excellent service and fresh, delicious tapas. We could see the chef in the open kitchen as she was preparing from scratch, each of the four dishes.

This place is great for a romantic dinner or catch up with some girlfriends around a pitcher of sangria. It is the fancy type of tapas bar so prices are not the ones you would normally expect when chosing to go for tapas. But the place is pretty and quiet, and the food is really good!

We came to this restaurant based on the Trip Advisor app I downloaded and it was worth it ! We arrived quite late, around 8:30pm with no reservation and the restaurant was full. The lady (I assume the owner), allowed us to sit at the bar and wait until a table became free and we were so glad ! The... More

My husband and I decided to make a reservation at Tasca Bellota for our last dinner in Amsterdam. We were greeted promptly and were seated at the best table in the house, in the window. The homemade Sangria was delicious. We skipped the tapas because we were ordering Paella Valencia, but we did order bread and aioli, which was delicious.... More

I went twice to Tasca Bellota. The first time I went alone and I had 4 different tapas. They were very gold to excellent. The price of each is around 4-5 euros which is very reasonable. The second time I went again with my wife and we had mixed fish paella, and it was the best I have outside Spain!... More

Had a lovely meal with friends, late Sunday afternoon, by chance. Really lovely food, the dates were beautiful in particular but everything good.
