Last night I went to bord eau with my wife and brother we had the 5 course surprise menu and a bottle of wine. When I ordered the wine I was told they had sold out of that one but I was suggested another one which was excellent. We began with 3 pre amuses and 2 amuses all of them... More

Well worth their Michelin stars this was one of the best birthday dinners of my life. We went for the five courses with their choice of wines for each course. Gorgeous tempting appetisers before we even got to the first course. Expensive of course but well worth the money if you enjoy fine food, lovingly and creatively prepared and presented.... More

If you want a dinning experience try the taster menu with wine at Bord'Eau. This really is a 2* Michelin restaurant. Not only is the food so fantastic with the burst of flavours, design and quality but the wines are superbly matched and the staff so passionate and knowledgable about the food and wine served. The atmosphere is quite formal... More

Having stayed at the De L'Europe and recommended by the concierge we decided to have a meal at their excellent restaurant Bord'Eau. It was indeed an excellent experience with outstanding food.

I arrived into Amsterdam checked into my Hotel and headed straight over to Bord'Eau for my reservation. The entrance is a little tucked away but as I was wondering through the Hotel foyer looking lost one of the Restaurant staff came up and helped me to the restaurant. I had a table right near the window with an excellent view... More

Set in a beautiful dining room overlooking the Amstel, if you wish to catch a future world-renowned chef before he has attained the pinnacle of fame with prices to match, this is the time to go! A full stunningly beautiful and creative degustation lunch-time menu, with every single dish being a visual treat and taste sensation, was extraordinarily-priced for such... More

I thin perhaps we ate here on a bad night but we were left extremely underwhelmed by this restaurant and I would go as far as to say that it was the worst Michelin star meal I have ever had. We ate on an evening where it was quite quiet, but despite it being mostly empty we were sat next... More

I ate here last Saturday evening with my wife and the experience was amazing. The food, wines, service, presentation and overall ambiance of the restaurant was fantastic. We had the 5 course tasting menu with the recommended wine pairing and it worked wonderfully well. Highly recommended.
