Stroopwafel ground zero

Very small bakery with a few tables to have a coffee at. Cakes and cookies all lovely. Counter busy all the time we were in with locals buying cakes to takeaway.

This is an old, small family run bakery that makes a lot of different items but the specialty is stroopwafel. They were YUM. Order a coffee and stroopwafel and do as the Dutch do. Put the wafel on top of your coffee to warm up the syrup. Fabulous on a cool Amsterdam morning.

I had delicious wafels with caramel and coffee. I would come back there every morning if I could! Definitively recommended.

Went here twice in 3 days in Amsterdam with my sister. We went after hearing about their stroopwafels. The stroopwafels are home made and good but weren't made in the moment like we'd hoped. Their filled cookies, mainly gevulde koek, are really good so we had to go back to try them all. If you go make sure you try... More

I ducked in here on a snowy February morning to warm up on the walk back to Centraal Station. The case of pastries, particularly the fruit tarts mounded about as high you could get them, was eye-catching. I ordered the black currant tart with a latte. The fruit was wonderful but the tart crust was terribly hard. I ended up... More

This place is definitely worth a visit. Order the stroopwafel with a warm cup of coffee or tea, and place the waffle on top of your cup so the steam from your coffee can warm the caramel. Delicious! The house cats are very sweet if you're a cat person and know how to approach them (IE: wait for them to... More

As the title suggests, if you are looking for a short stop during a stroll through the city then I would highly recommend stopping by Lanskroon to sample their stroopwafels. This appears to be THE place to go for a coffee/tea and some traditional Dutch baked goods in Amsterdam and I could not fault our experience.

Stopped by Landskroon on a Friday at noon in November to get a cup of coffee and something sweet. Landskroon is a very small, but cozy café with delicious stroopwafels and other dutch pastries, which were made at the bakery, and made up for the fact that the coffee was crap. Don't expect to get a table, there are just... More
