I have no terms of comparison for other asian food in the area. But the main problem we find was the absolute lack of english (and for what I've heard dutch) speaking staff. That made us order a little bit too much for our appetite. The meal was fine but nothing extraordinary. Great curris indeed, but I thing the pre-established... More

We had seen this restaurant online with great reviews which makes me skeptic, who wrote them. we decided to give it a try. We made reservations as we thought it would be really busy because of the review but it turned out it wasn't and the reservation was not needed. So many choices, on sounded more delicious than the other.... More

We'd cycled round Amsterdam for most of the day and so, having handed back the bikes decided we wanted to eat near our hotel. As we approached it was clear that the restaurant was popular (there were only three tables available when we arrived, and the other two quickly filled up). The greeting was wonderfully friendly. We chose a set... More

We found this restaurant by chance on our first evening in Amsterdam - a sunny Saturday evening when everywhere seemed to be booked. We secured one of just two free tables and soon realised that everyone else eating was local - including a large group we assume celebrating a birthday. The "host" is a delightfully camp Thai, in traditional dress,... More

This place used to be great but the last three times this was not the case anymore. The cook that used to work here must have left or something. A real shame...

I paid 20euros for a small dish of prawns in garlic and pepper. That equates to $30 (Canadian) which is about double what I would expect to pay for such a dish. The food was average and the waitress was quite terse.

We visited Amsterdam and coming from Poland - we miss Thai food a lot! We heard this place had good reviews and it did not disappoint at all. We ordered Red Curry Chicken, Spring Rolls and salad with duck. Everything was so fresh and tasty. They nailed it! We also ordered wine which hit the spot as well. The service... More

Great Thai restaurant in Chinatown. Pleasant service. Well prepared food - but ask for medium spicy if do not like your food too hot. Would definitely go again.

Won tons, shrimps, chillis. Make the hot and sour soup not to be missed. Four of us ate three courses and two bottles of malbec for 40 euro a head. Good value in my book.

LS, This used to be our favorite thais restaurant in Amsterdam and as i am employed in the tourist business i advertised this to many of my clients as being the best thai restaurant in town. With my mother coming over i was looking forward to entertaining her in what i thought to be a quality restaurant. However my expectations... More
