Excellent

Recommended by the hotel and the food was delicious, fresh and creative. It is on a quiet side-street and definitely not touristy. If you like Asian, give it a try!

A very unexpected restaurant in the heart of Amsterdam. We were a group of two families and it was a good meal. Not all dishes were as well received but on balance I would definitely recommend it for a change of pace.

Average at the most with high rating that completely doesn't deserve. Save your hard earned money to a much better Asian cuisine in the area within better service We had 3 meat chicken dishes- ok , seafood salad that was bad which we returned, dumplings which was average and sushi which was ok They serve sodastream sparkling water as premium... The restaurant is only a short walk from central station. Away from the tourists. There seemed to be a lot of regulars. It is a good place for a quiet dinner. The staff gives a lot of attention and service levels are high. We had the 5 course chef menu and were not disappointed. Various tastes and cuisines passed the... More

We stopped by here for dinner our last night in Amsterdam mainly because it was close to our hotel and we had walked enough that day. We were very glad we did. The food was very good - small plates so we could try a lot of different things. The atmosphere was calming and it was just a great experience.... More

Sushi & Peking Duck was one of the best ever that I've tasted. A small and nice restaurant nearby Double Tree by Hilton

Had a great dinner in the Geisha restaurant: Fresh and excellent lobster sashimi, wonderful Dim Sung, delicate Kobe beef and a fancy desert (lemongras creme brulee). Stilish restaurant with a pleasant athmosphere. Very recommended!

This restaurant has an interesting menu with loads of alternatives. All dishes are starter size, allowing you to taste many things. We especially liked the Ebi rolls but after having shared 6 small dishes between the two of us, could not find room for a second helping. We liked the way they brought 1-2 dishes to the table at the... More

Neighborhood Profile
Centrum
Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.
