Good food

We had a warm welcome. The Taramasalata was deliciously creamy. Beautiful moussaka (both meat and veggie ordered).

This place is owned by 2 greek men who work in the restaurant, they're both very friendly and they serve delicious food. The restaurant is very cozy, and the atmosphere is wonderful.

We visited on 2 January 2016. We planned to eat in the evening but by chance we walked past around 4pm and noticed it was open so in we went. As it was so early we were the only customers but were greeted with a lovely welcome and sat at the table by the front window. The decor looked pretty... More

This is a medium sized basic restaurant, which rustles up a very good Greek cuisine. The food was delicious, especially the beef. We had a 3 course meal here, with wine and a few shorts. We couldn't believe how well priced this restaurant was, the restaurant deserves to put their prices up! For those who enjoy a Greek cuisine this... More

We came across this by chance and loved it. Mrs cooked and ruled the kitchen, Mr waited and was front of house. Excellent Macedonian wine, superb home cooking: dolmades, baba ganoush type dip, charcoal grilled meats perfectly tender, with lovely salads. Totally relaxed and enjoyable.

Popped in on a Saturday night without a reservation and received a very warm welcome. This place is obviously a family-run business and was so friendly and relaxed. Delicious food and great service! Would definitely recommend :)

After a long day of sight seeing at Zaanse Schans and other Amsterdam attractions, including the Anne Frank House, my husband and I were famished. We searched every street to find a good restaurant. Then we came upon a narrow path called Prinsenstraat and saw this tiny place, De Twee Grieken. Looking through the window of the restaurant, we could... More

We tried this small restaurant and we were very happy with it. The place is not fancy, but is very cosy, they have a terrace as well. The food is very tasty, the staff is very friendly. If you want to try some good Greek food this is a very good choice. We'll come back.

stumbled upon this half full restaurant whilst looking to eat on a very busy sunday evening..all other nearby restaurants were full. the starter of tatziki was really good but the main lamb dish was nothing short of leftover roast lamb that had been reheated with a sauce thrown over it. not up to the usual greek standard which should be...
