Great Value & Taste!

Ate breakfast here daily, at the recommendation of our cabbie, and portions were so large my husband and I split them. Each day we had an omelette, two cups of tea, two croissants for 11.90 euros. Proof of its value is the many locals we met there!

We were looking for a bite to eat and found this little place on the corner and went in. It was quiet when we arrived, just a few seats but the owner was very kind and attentive. We all had delicious (surprising) omeletes and coffee in this sweet cafe. Felt a little like a friend's kitchen, it is so small.... More

We had a great breakfast here - this is not a fine dining restaurant! It's a cafe with 10 seats inside and 30 outside on the canel. Omlettss were great, you get a salad and a French stick too!! Fresh OJ. They make it all in front of you. The food is probably a 4, but with great value for... More

Centrally located on Singel canal, in nice weather you can eat outdoors. The food was fresh, interesting and inexpensive.

Affordable and delicious sandwiches. It's busy, but look for a seat inside if there are no outside tables. They also pack food to-go, so you could take it to a less crowded location and still enjoy the food. Seems popular with locals. We saw many taxi cab drivers stopping to grab food while we were there.

Delicious sandwiches on very fresh bread in a tiny shop on the Singel. Outdoor seating available. We had the tomato, mozzarella and pesto, which came with a side asked full of veggies. Great lunch!

Brooje Bert is a family run cafe/sandwich shop on 315 Single. The sandwiches are freshly made and placed on delicious baguettes. You can't go wrong with the lamb, roast beef or bacon/chicken/egg. The side salad is scrumptious with fresh tomatoes, red peppers and of course the shaved goat cheese. The lunch time meal was so fresh and yummy (very reasonably... More

Came here with my mum for lunch. Seems to be a nice family run business. Ordered two cups of tea and one ham omelette. You can see the chefs preparing the food. The portion size is very generous - large omelette folded in half with ham inside, served with a side salad and lightly toasted baguette as well as two... More

The food here was not only less expensive but better quality than what was offered at our highly rated hotel. We came for breakfast and were delighted to find this gem nearby. The service was friendly, we left happy.
