This place was absolutely amazing. If you are going to eat anywhere make sure its here. The food is all freshly cooked and and the cheapest around. Very few seats inside but on a nice sunny day its great to sit on the tables they have next to the canal and eat. Would highly recommend the Broodje Burger.

We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to grab a sandwich and the place was packed! Luckily the waitress saw the look of defeat on my face and offered up sandwiches to go- it was a lovely sunny day, why not? We ordered the healthy ham and cheese and the roast beef and they were incredible! The healthy ham and... More

This place is a little corner deli with limited seating so its easy to pass it by, but our hotel suggested it as a great place for a quick bite and sandwiches. It is right on the Singel. We had just arrived off the Thalys from Paris so we decided to go there for lunch. It was awesome, so awesome... More

We stayed nearby for a week but breakfasted here every other day. Not gourmet food, but interesting and imaginative cafe menu. My favourite was eggs and bacon, with lashings of thin bacon and 3 or 4 eggs served on a bed of salad and french bread - fantastic. Excellent value.

If you are near this place, you need to eat breakfast or lunch. It is tiny and has a great neighborhood/turkish vibe.

great portions, tasty breakfast and lunch at this cafe. Its always busy and its very small with only a few seats which is even better as service is quick and friendly. I went back on the last day to try other parts of the menu. I highly recommend their breakfast and their burgers. In summer I can imagine it being... More

Discovered this wee cafe on the 3rd day of our 4 day stay and visited again for lunch on the last day. There isn't much seating so we got takeaway on the first visit but went earlier the second time and managed to get a seat. I had the lentil soup both times and it is on a par with... More

Spent over an hour on Valentine's day wandering around Jordan looking for somewhere to eat. We eventually settled for somewhere but we definitely should have gone here! The next day we found Broodje and saw how full it was but managed to get a spot. The goats cheese with walnuts and honey sandwiches looked great but we had bacon added... More
