Good breakfast, we both had eggs benedict. You will have to wait outside for a bit for a table, and tables are very close together. Service is on the slow side, so don't go if you are in a rush. It was OK but I wouldn't go out of my way to go here again.

We had breakfast there twice, since it was close to our B&B. Hard to find a table but we were lucky both mornings. Great menu with Eggs Benedict, Eggs & Lax etc.

I think this restaurant has become too popular and frankly not worth the wait. Even once you get a table, you'll wait til you get to order, have a long while before the food arrives (one cook, one server - needs more staff), maybe see your server twice so good luck if you want anything during your meal. Small restaurant with a lovely view of the canal spoilt for choice with the different teas on offer! My partner and I both had the creamy courgette soup which was delicious I want the recipe!! Homemade bread was tasty. Will be visiting again on our next trip!

Friendly staff, great english breakfast, extra large cup of latte and delicious carrot cake. It's not a huge place with a few tables outside. No booking on sundays and you'll just have to wait if it's busy.

I have not got a bad word to say about this place. The staff are friendly the food is great and you meet people from every walk of life dropping in. Great place to sit on the canal and watch the world go by.
