Bussia has terrific Italian food with a flare. Good service is rare in Amsterdam and Bussia goes above and beyond. The wine pairing is well worth it for the wines and generous pours.

We were warmly welcomed to this nice, medium-size, two-floor restaurant. This is not a 'pizza and pasta' restaurant, but rather an upper class restaurant, with a focus on set menues of up to 7 courses, combined with a suitable selection of wines. We had 4 delicious courses, accompanied with wines of the waiter's suggestions, water and coffee at a total... More

We spent 2 days in Amsterdam and decided to try the tasting menu on this restaurant as I have been here before on a business meal. Service was outstanding as well as the food. Every plate was masterfully presented and ingredients were really fresh. We truly enjoyed this meal. Highly recommended.

To make this review simple: The food is delicious and the service is excellent! Go...you won't regret it. I would recommend reserving a table ahead of time as it seems very popular among locals and tourists.

We were really looking forward to eating here, judging by previous reviews. Lovely site, and staff were great. The food was excellent , faultlessly cookedwith some unusual mixes of flavours .....so the only gripe? the servings were very small, we left feeling hungry Delicious food! Bigger portions please!

Our server Romi was a total sweetheart and was easy to approach for menu and wine recommendations. I was seeking a light dish so opted for the eggplant cous cous and hubby ordered fish. The dishes were arranged so carefully and gorgeously. The flavours were unique and most importantly, DELICIOUS. Would love to return someday.

Loved, loved, loved the lobster gnocchi, but the venison for main was absolutely exquisite. Delicate pairings of flavours decorated the plate and complimented each perfectly, so intricate and well formed. The chocolate tart for desert took some time, but was worth it, the staff were very apologetic (though one seemed a little off guard asking if I could wait another... More

I fell in love with this place when we took a work client to dinner...get the chef's tasting menu...just do it. It's totally worth it. Every bite is heavenly...the only downside to this place is they change their menu fairly frequently, so if you adore something and crave it, go back a lot as soon as you discover it because... More

The staff was friendly, the food was okay though. The presentation of the dishes were fine, and the appetizer was well presented and tasted quite good. But the main courses were disapppointing. The lobster gnocci was too overwhelming, the lobster sauce was overpowering the dish. The canelloni with iberian pork was too sweet. The chefs can definitely pay more attention... More
