We had dinner on Saturday night. Make sure to make reservations. Service is excellent. Lovely setting . Food is fusion and interesting. Flavorful and platted imaginative. We had fish. Portions are small so of you want a large portion not a good place. Delicious combinations of veggies, etc. A must try !!

While Bussia bills itself as a modern Italian cucina, it is really more of a continental restaurant. And oh what a restaurant. The best bet is the four course tasting menu, which includes an appetizer, pasta, meat or fish and dessert. Each course was excellent. It was leisurely, taking 2 1/2 hours. Service was friendly and helpful. (Natalie was superb.)... More

There's a reason why this is restaurant received raving reviews--all the dishes are all so well-executed with such finesse and attention to details. Yes, it's expensive but if you enjoy good Italian food and wouldn't mind splurging once in a while, it's totally worth it. The concept is modern Italian dishes and the decos/ambience in the restaurant were on par... More

We had an excellent 6-courses dinner together with a very good an interesting italian wine package. Service was very good and we got good descriptions of both food and wine. Compared with swedish prices for this type of meal the price was half.

We had a nice dinner in Bussia. The place is nice and spacious, though noisy due to the fact that the second floor is open. That's their concept, I guess. The food was very good (except the fish which was bland) and well decorated, but the courses were very small, at least in the 4-courses menu. Service was very good,... More

Taking the 4 courses menu , which was great. Small portions , but using lots of ingredients in a creative way. Nice Italian wines and the service was also quite OK, except the too much time between courses. Looks they would like their guests to spend more time their and drink more... I can recommend this resturant for a romantic... More

Amsterdam is certainly wanting for great places to dine and Bussia in no way disappoints. The menu is well created with an array of unique dishes all cooked perfectly. The wine list was nice and not overdone and the service was impeccable. We opted for the 6 course menu and are happy we did as it really captured the creativity... More

We had a wonderful meal there last night - not only was the food delicious and modern but the presentation was exquisite. The subtle combination of flavours on every platter was interesting to say the least, complemented each other and worked wonderfully well together. It has become one of our favourite places to go to not only because its very... More

We went to this restaurant based upon past Trip Advisor reviews and were not disappointed. It appears to have a changing menu which contributes to the dining experience. It is a nice casual atmosphere, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. They offer a 4-6 course menu which gives you a variety of flavors as well as a... More

I don´t know where 3amigo had their dinner but it can't be in Bussia. The service during the evening was effective and always with a smile. We had the 5 course menu with wine (the Barolo as well). Every dish was made with love and high skills and the wine made it to the highest level of cooking. If you are... More
