The restaurant has a nice view over the canal and street and is good for people watching, the menu is comprehensive and the food which we had which included dim sum, soup and main courses of chicken in black bean sauce and special fried rice was nice it was just disappointing that the staff are so dismissive and almost rude,... The food was fantastic and lovely staff! We sat on the 3rd floor and had a great view out the window we sat beside - located beside The Red Light district. Beautiful restaurant and highly recommend for families, couples etc..

Went here yesterday for dimsum. Even Chinese families come here. We had the Mixed Hors d'Oeuvres for 3 pers. payed € 24,-. (2 pers. = € 16,- / 4 pers. = € 28,50) and Chinese Tea (€ 4,- for 2) and 1 white wine (€ 3,60) and payed € 31,10. Reasonable prices. The restaurant is on the first and second... More

The food here was fantastic! It was one of the best chinese meals we have ever had. The meat was really good quality and you could tell how well it had been cooked. The food was made even better by the view! We had a window table overlooking the canal. Really good value for the quality of food!

Authentic Chinese Dim Sum place, everything made fresh and just tastes delicious! We were a group of 7 so we had to wait a while to be seated but it was worth the wait when the food came. I enjoyed everything and so did everyone. Will definitely come back for more. Highly recommended!

We had dinner here, three dishes, Pak Choi, cooked, almost just blanched, the veal with black bean sauce, noodles with Won Ton and a To Fu hot pot. It was really busy (day of Gay Parade), but we got a seat on the third floor. The dishes were correctly done and all very eatable. only the veal could have been... More

2/8/14. It looked really busy from the outside and full of Chinese, good sign, so we went in, it wasn't as busy as we thought, everyone seated at window tables, while middle ones were empty. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The food was rather bland. Everyone has there own taste, so we wouldn't go again, but would recommend to... More

Having moved to Amsterdam from San Francisco and then Hawaii, we have been looking for an authentic place to have Dim Sum. We finally found it at Oriental City; right in the heart of the center of Amsterdam....a very touristy section near the Red Light District and close to Dam Square. We knew we had to have reservations so we... More
