Best patisserie in the country

Like to indulge yourself with some cakes? Kuyt is your shop. Mouthwatering cakes and other delights. Not cheap, but totally worth it.

Recommended if you are around the area and in need of a sugar-booze. The presentations were great and everything looked so inviting. We were told that the apple tart was award-winning - They were indeed very good with fresh berries and apple as it is not really a traditional dutch apple pie. It is more like a tart. Definitely worth... More

Your desserts are delicious but you have very little manners with customers, especially if not Dutch. Already expressed my disappointment on your facebook page, but it seems that you cancelled the comment. After 2 years of visiting and purchasing from your patisserie religiously (see my previous review), I have decided this morning that it is not worth being ill-treated, and... More

This patisserie was so tempting we immediately went in. Presentation, variety, cleanliness was great, unfortunately the mature couple handling it was not helpful at all. We picked an array of madeleines, petit fours (yummmm) picked by hand, no tongs used. Apple cake and some chocolates, all top of the line ingredients, beautiful mix and texture; some unusual presentation. The reason... More

A thing above all the rest: apple tart... AMAZING. In any case, everything in the patisserie is delicious, we got a grand marnier mousse - mandarin mousse - white chocolate cake for my girlfriend's birthday and it was incredibly good. Also, very conveniently located in the central Utrechtsestraat. Highly recommended.
