Like the previous reviewer I was made to feel so spoiled for my birthday. The food was inventive and delicious. The staff were so welcoming and professional-coping with our very late arrival(got lost)very calmly. It was not a cheap meal but we both felt it was well worth the money and we will return.

Having read the last review I have to say I was surprised. The atmosphere was fantastic. In advance of going they were advised it was my birthday and they made me feel extremely special even though I'm welsh and on holiday in Amsterdam. The food was phenomenal, atmosphere great, service fantastic. I'd definitely recommend it.

We stayed in Amsterdam for 3 nights and went to this liitle restaurant twice. Good value for money. Short menu list which I always like. It is not far from the Rijksmuseum. Restaurant is small, better to make reservation.

Not cheap, but also not expensive compared to the alternatives and giving proper consideration to the overall experience. Three of us had a nice meal with wine for under $100 euro.
