quite possibly the worst eating out experience I've had for a very long time on a quiet Thurs night in Feb you might expect two waiters to be able to service eight tables of customers, but evidently not. each request took 10 mins to get the waiter's attention & at least twice that was to remind them of the previous... We had a pleasant evening, it was quiet - no surprise on a Monday in December. The service was good. I test an Indian restaurant by its mango lassi and poppardoms. Yes, both were good! The rest of the other food was good as well.

In previous visits to this restaurant the atmosphere has been welcoming with an immediate acknowledgement of our arrival even if we couldn't be seated right away. This time there were just 4 other tables and I needed to approach the bar before I was seated then we were left without a drinks order or menus for 5 minutes. The back... More

Having not much experience with Indian food, accept the ones in South UK where their is one in every bigger village, this was perfect and to my tasting the same. It was a romantic dinner, got a table in the back near the bar after late reservation. The guy serving us was very frendly and eventhough all tables were booked... More

The takeaway food (Curry Madras) was spicy enough, but rather tasteless with big chunks of equally tasteless and leathery chicken. An absolute disgrace for the Indian cuisine.

Been here a few times, keep coming back for more. These people understand the value and meaning of vindaloo! Parking just across the street, great value for money. Service is friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

Came here originally 4 years ago and glad to say the great food is the same, plentiful and good value for money. Would recommend the Madras as hot but not chilli hot if that makes sense, cooked the right way using spices and not just a sauce.

Chicken Biryani and Lamb Rogan Josh combined to a smoth Redwine made a eine dinner to us. The chef provided a nice combination to chicken as well as to Lamb, offering nice fast.
